The location of the property is spot on!, everything was super close and there are various 7-11 close by (5-7min walk), also super delicious breakfast spots next to the place. The room was super comfortable I was able to do a bit of work in the working station in the room and not need to be in bed doing so. The room was at street level which I did like and the exterior door provided all the necessary privacy and security needed. The bed was super comfortable and in front of the A/C which made sleeping all much better and cooler. The water heater you do have to set it to the desired strength level to get the how water you may want but that is okay once you do so the water is very warm.
The wall sockets were a bit loose for some reason so had to be sure they were charging the electronics before heading out or going to bed.

The gentleman was exceptionally helpful. He was able to provide ideas and suggestions in Chiang Mai and area. He was super friendly and accommodating.
The room was large and had all the amenities needed. Also providing water and toilet paper day.
Highly recommend this stay.
It was a 15 minute walk from the tourist area. Grab or Bolt made it easy to get around.

The check-in process is really inconvenient. You arrive at the hotel and there's no reception, so you have to go to another company hotel to check in and then return to the hotel... and you only find out about all this if you're lucky.
