PLEASE KEEP IN MIND DUE TO COVID-19 THERE ARE NO TOWELS/SHEETS/BEDDING/PILLOWS INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL There's nothing worse than going to the beach and you have to first find parking and then carry all your stuff blocks to the entrance... Our little piece of heaven is 200' feet to the beach entrance. Literally, right there. 4th house from the ocean with no streets to cross to get there. This quiet STUDIO condo is perfect for a couple looking to get away. There's a queen platform bed separated by a half wall, full living room with full size pull out, 1 full bathroom with shower (no tub). and full kitchen. Beautiful shared courtyard. Bring your beach chairs, and make yourself at home. **There is a MAXIMUM of 4 people for this unit. The occupancy is strictly enforced. If you are found to have more than 4 people on the property you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given. **Children are strongly discouraged. Nothing against children, its just the space is small and there's no place to move around if the sofa bed is open. Children like to move around and move fast. It's just not ideal. Update 1/1/2021 - We just installed a mini split AC/Heat system (central) so no more window unit! Yay! Bathroom renovated 5/7/21

The condo is, as described, recently updated, clean and quiet. Beach access is great. The owner is very responsive. The new mini-split ac/heat unit works well and is very quiet. The recently updated bathroom is very nice, but could use a sturdy towel bar. The space proved to be a bit more challenging than I anticipated, but it was manageable. All in all, we had a very enjoyable week!

Fantastic proximity to the beach, and located conveniently in the center of the island for easy access both north and south. The host was helpful and communicated promptly. It's a small studio, but plenty of room for 2 people, and access to a wonderful courtyard with plenty of chairs for everyone in the complex. Will definitely be returning here on our next trip down the shore!

Perfect location and room for two…
The location of this property is not to be beat. While the place is smaller than it appears in the pictures, they perfectly represent what’s there. Nice and well kept outside area, nice people and private even though it’s shared outdoor space and close quarters. It has everything you need for a beach vacation. Owner is lovely and responsive, and true to her word. The apartment was clean and ready for us when we got there. 4 houses from the beach! How can you beat that! Ready to book for next year.

perfect little place
This property was wonderful. It was in a perfect location, walkable to shops and restaurants. So close to the beach, just a few houses to the beach entrance. The inside was so nice and clean and fresh. Lovely patio area. So nice and quiet, no screaming kids. An absolute gem of a place to stay .

Nice finish....
.....to summer! Our stay was extremely relaxing (beach is steps away), residence is clean and well appointed (perfect for couples) and we didn't want to leave. Local restaurant/bar at corner, wonderful seafood across the street and the nicest beach stay I've enjoyed in a while.

Wonderful beach getaway!
My partner and I stayed on the propery last week and found it to be one of the best vacations we have been on in a long time. Michelle made the process so easy and informed us of all the great things we could do during our stay. The location was perfect as it was only a few houses from the beach, making it easy to come and go as we please. There was so many good restaurants in the area as well as great markets to buy food to cook (we did both). We have already booked our stay for next year as it is something we will be doing annualy moving forward. Thanks Michelle.

Perfect Getaway
We traveled to the property with our two elementary aged children and had a great time. The property was cozy with four people but it worked well. The beach was a short walk, the neighborhood was safe, and there was a lot of fun restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The beach itself is very family friendly and not as crowded as I had anticipated it would be.
The unit was very clean and even with covid, we always felt very safe and appreciate everything the cleaning crew did to make it a clean and safe environment.
Michelle was absolutely fantastic to work with and was really easy to communicate with. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place!

Charming flat steps away from the ocean!
Absolutely LOVED staying in this rental! Michelle was extremely accommodating and friendly, and the home was perfect. Not only is it steps away from the ocean, but it is located in a great part of Ship Bottom with bars, restaurants, and shops close by. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This property is perfect for a couple looking to get away! It had everything we needed and was so clean! Michelle was very easy to communicate with and gave us clear instructions. We had the best time! Steps to the beach/restaurants/ice cream/mini golf. The courtyard area was so nice and the neighbors were all so friendly! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Spot for a Beach Vacation
We had an awesome time staying here! The place was the perfect size for the two of us. Very close to the beach and within walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. Michelle was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Beach 🌞 Studio
This is a perfect beach getaway space for a couple with one teen or possibly two little children. Clean and tidy & well maintained. We especially appreciated the cleaning supplies available to keep the unit clean during our stay. The closeness of the beach is an absolutely winner !! Go up and sit on the bench for a morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. 💛� Comfy couch was great to have on overcast afternoon to cozy up and read. Restaurants and cute little boutique shops and coffee shops all within walking distance. The outdoor little courtyards & furniture sets were wonderful to have to eat breakfast or take out dinner (especially with current Covid restaurant regulations & wait times) Perfect plastic wine glasses for fire pit relaxation. Michelle quickly responded to my questions. My advice is to pack half the clothes you ”think you need” & embrace tiny house and island vibes living 😎�👍�🏼�We look forward to another stay in the future!!!

Great getaway close to home!
My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be steps from the beach and the local restaurants. You can literally park your car and forget about it for the week. The property was very clean and exactly as advertised.

Diamond on the Shore
We loved our stay at this adorable mini village on the beach! So close to the beach with no need to lug stuff. We could walk back and use the bathroom and eat our lunch without the sand in our sandwiches. The neighbors were very nice and we made new friends! I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Best Beach Vacation!
We had an amazing time in Shipbottom! This property was great! The place was clean, grill access and courtyard a huge plus, and the proximity to the beach was key. We could grab our stuff and go easily. I used to travel to LBI when I was younger, and now I got to share it with my family in a perfect setting.

Beach vacation
Great time at this place. Has everything you would need for a couple nights. Perfect for two people. Owner had fast communication with us when needed. We brought our amazon fire stick for the tv, would recommend bringing a streaming device if you think you may use television. Thanks for a great time!!
