It was located in a very nice place and the staff is so kind and friendly. The food was also very good!
When it rains there's less to do, so we had 1 bad day. We would only recommend 2nights max.

It is difficult to put into words the experience we had at Eco Garden Hotel in Pu Luong. It is a magical little corner nestled on the mountainside, overlooking the breathtaking mountains and valleys of Pu Luong.
We were given an upgraded room with an incredible view of an endless green landscape, almost impossible to describe in its beauty. The hotel is managed in an exceptionally professional, warm and welcoming manner, with a genuinely positive atmosphere, friendly smiles and wonderful communication throughout.
The hotel facilities are beautifully maintained and spotless, and the swimming pool is simply magical. Our room was spacious, comfortable and incredibly romantic. The bathroom featured both a bathtub and a luxurious rain shower, and it felt as though every design element had been carefully created to blend seamlessly with the endless nature surrounding the room.
The entire property is immersed in lush vegetation, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. The spa is staffed by highly professional therapists, and throughout our entire stay, the team was attentive, kind and genuinely pleasant.
Do not miss this place — and if you can, try to get room Camilla 4.

The receptionist was incredibly attentive and helped me arrange tours, activities, and transportation. All of the staff were amazing and made me feel very welcome. I also took a cooking class at the hotel and absolutely loved the experience. My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful. I truly loved my stay here!
The spa experience was disappointing. The massage was not good, and the spa itself felt dirty and very disorganized. I also found it quite unprofessional that some of the staff were eating and doing their nails in the spa area.

Location is phenomenal. Pool is great with a supurb view. Plus the rooms are very nice, we even got an upgrade from Phuong (she is super sweet). All the employees were extremely friendly and tried to help in any way. Amazing english as well!!
Was a super big family with kids, screaming and shouting all over te property constantly. Is one of the reasons why we liked our stay not as much as we hoped for. You can get very unlucky with other guests. We came for peace which it wasnt those days. Groups come and go so take that into account.
Food was not so good for Vietnamese standards and expensive for what you got (subjective opinion after a few weeks in Vietnam). In this region you are tied to your hotel for food.
One of the employees whose job it is to talk with everybody. Was for us a bit much and a little annoying if I can be honest here..
Seems a bit negative all this but we did like our stay.
