From the apartment everything is easily accessible on foot. The apartment is located in San Vincenzo (province of Livorno), one of the most beautiful seaside resorts of the Tyrrhenian coast, in Tuscany. It is 50 meters from the sea and has a large balcony from which you can enjoy a splendid view. It has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, gas cooker, electric oven, washing machine, pots of all kinds and all necessary utensils). Inside the kitchen there is a balcony equipped with a plastic sink. Also there is a rather large living room with a large table to eat; always inside the living room you will find a television and two single beds, one of which is extracted. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a shower. The last room is a large bedroom with a double and a single bed. There are also two large wardrobes, an antique "toilet" cabinet with mirror and two bedside tables. As described before in this room there is a balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment is located on the third floor. The location is strategic as you are a few steps from the center of the country and at the same time one step from the sea.
