Perfect set up!

Had a wonderful time at a great place

The locaton is as good as you could ever want . Walk a short distance and have breakfeast at a great cafe,then across the street to the beach

The neighbors that was upstairs for 3 days they were up making so much noise at 6am. It was an entire family. So made it hard to sleep

We don’t recommend this condo!

The security people and staff are friendly. The pool, washer and dryer were the only good things in the condo.

Photos misleading. Outdated, dirty , smelly with scratched unusable tephlon pans and cooking utensils. Sofa and all cushions stained. Decorative pillows ripped at seems. Baseboards warped and falling apart. Dirty walls all over kitchen. Lock box and slider doors locks didn’t work. The pool, washer and dryer were the only good things in the condo. Our friends stayed in another condo in the same building, paid about the same amount, but theirs was recently renovated and beautiful and clean with no problems at all.

Great location, Sunrise Condos facilities were nice but Unit 34 was not as clean, equipped and well kept as expected

Unit was hot and smelly at time of arrival. Floors were dirty and had to be swept also window/door areas were dusty and there was signs of lack of upkeep and maintenance. We found quantity of kitchen items/utensils minimal and some utensils and pans were dirty, unsanitary. We also found that some bedding and towels to be dirty, stained and past their life span. Along with having to make due with limited simple amenities provided and somewhat disappointing comfort qualities of the unit we had to contact property management 3 times to have plumbing issues resolved/repaired.
