About this cottage rental
Nestled in Newfound Lake, this attractive cottage for $264 per night is a great choice for your next break. Cute and cozy updated two bedroom waterfront cottage with 180 degree views of Newfound lake! Part of a small association, amenities include a shared sandy bottom and shallow beach area, day dock and sunning raft. Perfect location literally steps from grocery store, snack bar and ice cream! A spacious deck and large sliding glass doors and windows allows for enjoyment of this serene location from inside or outside the cottage. Available for you to rent and enjoy three seasons out of the year. Close to all the lakes region has to offer with all the comforts of home. Please note, you can't bring boats (other than kayaks/canoes) or dogs to this rental. Also please note that the waterfront area is shared by all 6 cottages. Paddle boards are available for rent at the grocery store. Rental amount includes 9% NH Rentals Tax. License #063998

This beautiful cabin is in the best location. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and you can't beat the view. I definitely want to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage is waterfront with a wonderful view. The cottage was very clean and had a large deck. It was great waking up to that view and having coffee on the deck. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked it for next year!

My wife picked this cottage out on-line, and it totally exceeded our expectations! Lovely location, (a bit of a challenge to find on a rainy night), comfortable, well-appointed, peaceful....
Alex was a perfect host. Though we had a bit of a miscue on linens/towels, she was super responsive, understanding and helpful. She was even very helpful helping this pair of 70+ year-olds figure out how to run the TV with 3 (count them, 3!) remotes.
Though this is probably our final trip to New England, we would come back here in a heartbeat!

This cottage is even nicer in person than the pics show. Location is a 10, frontage on beautiful Newfound Lake with clear water and very peaceful and quiet. There is a seafood snack shack and a small market right at the entrance to Shacketts Rd and we were 30 minutes for some of the best motorcycllng in NH. Hope to stay again.

Everything was Great!!,,Stayed here for Laconia Bike Week, parking for bikes was no problem,,Alex our property Manager helped fix a small problem with the tv and was really awesome to work with!!!

I have been staying at the lake for 30 years and didn't know this spot existed. It's tucked in behind a well known spot at the lake. A beautiful waterfront property, cozy cabin. Owner is very nice and easy to work with. you could stay a week and never need to get in your car. Although i would to eat at the Big catch :-) Will definitely stay again.

Thoroughly enjoying our stay. Kayaking and swimming in this crystal clear lake was outstanding. Visited some of the area nature attractions like Sculptured Rocks and Profile Falls and they were great! The cottage was cute and the queen bed was comfortable. Waking up to the loons in front of the cottage on checkout day made it tough to leave.

Beautiful cottage, right on Newfound Lake which has been recognized nationally as one the cleanest Lakes in the US. This was our second time staying here, and once again we loved it. Beautiful views, lots to do nearby, and just a great place to relax. Alex (the owner), is a pleasure to work with through the rental process and ensures you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend!!!!
