Located in Meredith, this attractive house for $491 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Enjoy stunning lake views and an abundance of outdoor space at property # 375. This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is waterfront, and comes replete with a boat dock that can accommodate a 24' boat, fire-pit, gas grill, as well as a patio and two decks; all with outdoor furniture. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is ideal for making meals for a small crowd to enjoy at the six-seat dining table, which can accommodate eight with leaf added. There is also a smaller table for four, situated in front of a bay of windows, which features lovely broad-water views of the lake. If dining al fresco is preferred, guests can barbecue on the gas grill located on the patio, which can be eaten at one of two outdoor tables. After dinner, prepare S'mores that can be roasted on the fire-pit! The comfortable living room, with ample seating for eight, is the perfect place to kick back after dinner and watch TV. Guests have their choice of three-bedrooms in which to retire for the night. There is a king-sized primary bedroom, as well as two other bedrooms, one with three twin-sized beds, and the other with four twin-sized beds. This property was clean and well attended to. Being on Black Cat Island the house was decorated with many black cats. We counted about 28 black cats in, on and around the house.

The property was excellent. We enjoyed the home & environs. We found the place very clean and linens and towels a welcome addition. A couple of comments - we called and let the mgt know that we saw scratches on the canoe. I have pictures and will send to the phone # provided. The lounge on the dock was also ripped and unusable. We would have liked deck chairs or lounges - we ended up buying beach chairs to sit comfortably on the dock(s). A kayak would also be desirable - we bought one and resold it - easier to deal with the lake that is not as calm on many days than a canoe and would have given anything for a boat to fish from. The grill is very dated - does not heat evenly and although workable - an upgrade would be great. The TV and internet was terrific - we enjoyed sports, movies etc. -- along with card games at night. Thanks again for a great vacation.

Absolutely loved the location and the home, my family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, we had ever amenity possible and loved our stay. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 for cleanliness was due to the large amount of spiders inside the residence. I can understand outside but there was more than just a few crawling around, or hanging from light fixtures. It might be worthwhile to have your cleaning team clear out the cobwebs. Otherwise this is a perfect vacation rental and we would love to stay there again someday.
