About this house rental
Quaint cottage in Kodak on a quiet road where you can enjoy the peacefulness from the screened in front porch. The Kodak cottage is only minutes off of I-40 and the parkway to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
The cottage provides a King bed and a bunk bed for the kids. There is also a pull out couch if needed. We have Spectrum TV app and high speed WiFi.
The cottage is also close to the Seven Islands State Birding Park and the French Broad River. Also less than 30 minutes from downtown Knoxville. This is the perfect quick get away where you can easily get to the mountains and the other attractions in the Smoky Mountain area.

Quiet house in the mountains as you would expect from the listing. Clean and well kept. Great communication from host. Would definitely stay there again!!

Great location quiet and lovely place. Host was wonderful and very helpful. However, improves such as new bath tub, extra lighting, and new back door knob with new locks are needed. The cottage has bugs and ants and needs an exterminator. 3 stars overall.
