Built in 2025 and thoughtfully positioned between Knoxville and the Great Smoky Mountains, this peaceful escape is designed to help you slow down and reconnect. Enjoy a king bed, full kitchen, rainfall shower, and your own private outdoor hot tub, perfect for evenings under the stars. Secluded, cozy, and intentionally designed as a true getaway.
The Oak Lodge was created as a purposeful retreat, designed to offer a distinct and memorable experience that encourages connection to nature, to your surroundings, and to the people you’re traveling with. Tucked in the rolling hills of Tennessee and surrounded by woods and open land, you'll have room to roam, unwind, and enjoy the peacefulness of nature. Perfect for couples seeking a romantic escape, solo travelers needing a reset, or anyone looking to step away from the pace of everyday life.

Other Details to Note:
• If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Deer, turkey, eagles, coyote, and even bears can frequent the property. Please keep a safe distance away from wildlife to protect their habitat. Be sure to put all garbage into the bin inside the bear-proof cage at all times.
• Please note that The Oak Lodge is not specifically designed for children. If you are staying with children, please be mindful of the following hazards:
- Unfenced yard with direct access to acres of woods and native animals (bears, coyote, snakes, etc.)
- Furniture and appliances that are not mounted to the wall and may tip over (dressers and mirrors).
- Outlets without covers.
By booking a stay, you accept full responsibility and liability for all children present and agree to ensure they are supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Once a reservation is made, we require the guest to sign a rental agreement before access to the property is granted.

The beautiful secluded tiny house in every way was absolutely awesome!We celebrated the birth of our first grandson with our son and his wife . Stephen and Grace were so kind to leave us a note congratulating us, which absolutely touched us. We were met with lots of treats and a refrigerator full of drinks. The constant communication and kind thoughtful things Stephen and Grace did made our trip all the better. The place they built shows the pride and workmanship they took , absolutely spotless, well decorated, and the location was outstanding. It was wonderful waking up each morning, looking out at the fields and woods through the large windows that gave you quite a view. True to their words you are definitely secluded and in a beautiful peaceful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the front porch overlooking the fields.It was also great soaking in the hot tub.We would absolutely recommend this great place to anyone and will enjoy coming back.Thank you so much for a great trip!Sharon and Mike

We had a wonderful stay at Stephen’s property. Excellent communication with host and the home and property were amazing. The hot tub and fire pit were a must have for us and it made our stay very enjoyable. You can’t beat waking up to deer and turkeys out your door step! Will be back for sure.

Everything was absolutely perfect. House was clean, property was everything they said it was and more. Hot tub was hot and clean, fire pit was an added bonus. Easy to find and close to all the things we wanted to see and do.
