Das Anwesen verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn/Gästezimmer mit einer Schlafcouch (Achtung: Durchgangszimmer vom Schlafzimmer in die Küche). Über eine große Küche mit Essbereich. Danach schließt sich das Badezimmer an. Der Außenbereich hat eine Sitzmöglichkeit sowie einen Pool der an heißen Tagen für Abkühlung sorgt. Das Anwesen ist von einer Mauer umgeben und damit von außen nicht einsehbar. Es gibt einen Zaun mit Durchgangstür zum Nachbarhaus, welches dem Anbieter gehört und auch gebucht werden kann. Perfekt für viele Ausflüge in die umliegenden Regionen im Norden Portugals.

Das Anwesen liegt direkt an einer Straße, die aber nicht weiter stört, das das Anwesen von einer Mauer umgeben ist.

No complaints, little noise from cars passing by.

Very responsive owner. Suitable for summer holidays, in a quiet location with good views of nature. Close to Porto, Gemorais and Braga. There is all the necessary equipment.

It is a pity that it was rainy weather and we could not use this villa at 100%

Everything was even better than I expected, although the expectations were already high. The place is beautiful, Mr. Abel was really kind and really helpful. I definitely recommend the place, and will be coming back for sure.

I had to go back to Landim, and didn´t even think about another place to stay, considering the first experience we had here. As usual, the stay was amazing. I hope we are able to go back a third time this year.

Very kind host, waited for us after the official check-in hours, as our plane was arriving late and with some delay. Very friendly check-in and check-out. The house is small but according to what is shown in the pictures. It's cosy and comfortable, with a big garden and a terrace to enjoy when weather so permits. Some of the furniture is a bit old and one has to be careful at times, but in general everything is comfortable. The house is well located to visit many touristic attractions at a max. of 30-40 min. driving distance, like Porto, Braga, Guimarães and their surroundings, as well as beach places at the Atlantic.

Nothing, really. Check-in time slot is short, but the host is very kind and waited for us, so no complains.
