The large air conditioned lounge is equipped with a large flat screen TV, CanalSat,DVD, wifi. The kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice and water dispensers nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and many other kitchen accessories unexpected in rental properties . It is on the ground floor, so access is easy,. The three air-conditioned bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with a double good quality sofa bed, benefit from fitted wardrobes and generous linen beds and towels. The appartement has a very large covered terrace with dining and lounge area for aperitifs at the beautiful sunsets. The deck with two sun loungers and a small fenced garden perched on the cliff, perfect for tanning, a rarity for an appartement. A maid service is available on request. On the left, on the beach of Anse Mitan, there are bars, restaurants, water sports and swimming in safety and comfort in the clear waters and white sand in the background, a majestic view of Fort De France. On the right there is the Hotel Bakoua with its beach, restaurants, bars and evening entertainment available to the paying public. The Village Creole is 100m, a truly charming atmosphere of the village and entertainment, day and night with its shops, bars and restaurants where you will also find a bank, hair salon, and real estate agencies and professional services. La rue Cha Cha leads to further shops and restaurants around the Marina and the ferry terminal with direct regular shuttles to Fort de France, A / R costs € 7, crossing 20 minutes is a very pleasant way to access the city of Fort de France, Trois Ilets and Anse à l'Ane. There is a selection of boat trips for the day or half day, to enjoy the atmosphere and Creole cuisine at sea or diving with experienced and professional teams. In Anse Mitan, there is the excellent Hotel and Restaurant 5 star La Suite Villa and zandoli. Golf des Trois Ilets is located two km from the residence and is located in a landscaped valley that opens to the sea, all worthy of a postcard, opened in 1964 and designed by Robert Trent Jones is one of finest golf courses in the Caribbean. The open to the public club has a quality restaurant and the tennis club. Located on the Point du Bout there is also The Carayou hotel has a well equipped water sports center with jet skis and located in the 'trou Etienne particularly suitable for those seeking thrills with kite and windsurfers. The hotel also has a spa center / massage / steam room / sauna open to the public. The Casino of the Trois Ilets is located behind the beach and air-conditioned restaurant is open until the early hours 7/7. There are many service providers to guide you in your research activities and tours available in Martinique. The possibilities are many and varied between free fall (parachute) and canyoning, 4x4 or hiking, visit distilleries or the heavenly beaches of the south. My husband and I spent 2 weeks enjoying our stay at Mike's condo in Pointe du Bout. The condo was well furnished and had everything we needed to feel like home. We especially loved watching the sunsets from the beautiful patio. Lots of local restaurants and beaches to choose from in walking distance from the condo. Mike and Suzy were very helpful in giving us suggestions on places to visit too. We will be back soon!

L'appartement était tel que décrit, super propre et très agréable. Six jours de confinement sur quinze jours de location nous ont permis de l'apprécier dans son intégralité. Magnifique vue sur la mer des Caraïbes et couchers de soleil à volonté. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très disponibles. Nous recommandons cette location proche de la Marina, de l'école de kite Baz'notik et du village créole.

Superbe vue mais ...

L'appartement est vaste et bien équipé d'une façon générale. Cependant nous avions loué un logement avec deux salles de douche et celle de la suite parentale fut inutilisable suite à d'énormes fuites ! De même que l'une des vasques. Une petite rénovation est à prévoir mais on oublierait presque ce détail quand on voit la terrasse et sa magnifique vue mer !
