Clean and the location
Our lock on our door broke we had to change rooms. But not much of a big deal.

Hotel was clean, room was a decent size, pleasant staff and good breakfast.
There was hardly any pressure at all in the shower, like literally drips which was very disappointing after a long day on the beach couldn't even get all the sand off, also the tub felt unstable. We could hear and feel the tub creaking and giving under neath our feet, not really sure what that was about but it did scare my son. The major issue was the noise,maybe because so many kids were in the building for a baseball tournament, all I could hear was stomping / running all night long..even with my toddlers sound machine on.

Customer service was excellent
The beds had springs coming out and my husband was poked. The breakfast ended to early at 9 am
