About this cottage rental

Located in Kalbarri, this attractive cottage for $137 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Caidans Cottage is a three bedroom one bathroom brick and tin roof cottage at the top end of a quiet cul-de-sac situated near Blue Holes Beach. This is a non-smoking home. The house is clean on arrival with all linen, bedding and bath towels provided, all professionally cleaned through a laundry service. The cottage is equipped with everything you need, fully self-contained with modern appliances and a large top loader washing machine. There is a large family sized Fridge / Freezer with a second small fridge / freezer that can be used for extra food / drinks or for bait. A hooded BBQ is also provided for cooking outside as well as a swing set and some basic toys and games for the young ones. Reticulated lawns, garden areas, and ample room for a boat or trailer and undercover parking for two cars. Complimentary tea and coffee are also provided for your arrival. Only a short walk to the Blue Holes beach where you can swim and snorkel in the pools at low tide, or of an evening open the bedroom windows and you can sleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach nearby. Only 15 – 20min walking distance (approx. for normal fit person) to the town centre, tavern, shops, cafe's, restaurants and the calm waters of Chinaman's beach where children can swim or jump off the jetty in safety. The boat ramp and jetty is only a 5 min drive away. Our two main bedrooms each have a Queen Size bed and the third room has two sets of bunk beds. Comfortably furnished with ceiling fans to the master bedrooms, pedestal fans to the third room, and a large reverse cycle air conditioner / heater to the main room. There is a small lock up shed that you can use that also has some crab nets to try your luck in the river. Please note: Property clean on arrival but is NOT serviced during your stay. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, etc. are NOT provided. There is an IGA supermarket in town. Check in time wad 2pm as per email and on property fridge but the rude cleaning lady said ckeck in was 3pm and shut the door. Make your start of holiday not nice. But property and location very good would recommend it.

Great place, useful instructions. Well equipped. Maybe a list of all the kitchen implements as we had no idea there was a second stack of fry pans in another cupboard. Definitely a winner.

Acid and cottage is a perfect home for a quick getaway. Close to chinamans beach, blue holes and the town centre. The house was well equipped and clean. Everything u could need for a getaway is provided. The kids had a great time. Thanks Darren for the lovely place. Darren was easy to communicate with and was very accomodating when we had 3 additional guest at the last minute.

House was as expected with only a 300m walk from beautiful Blue Holes beach. Neat, clean and with a good setup of appliances and kitchenware this place was perfect. Super hot water was the best! Though no kids were With us the house is super Small kid friendly with A high chair, small kid dvd’s and books plus swings. Would definitely stay again

Thanks for a wonderful stay at Caidan's Cottage. It is a lovely little holiday home which we found to have all necessary amenities, awesome hot shower ( much appreciated after hours of walking the stunning gorges), comfy beds and great location close to some beautiful Kalbarri hot-spots like the Blue Holes and Red Bluff Lookout where we loved capturing the sunset. The location of the property was good and it has what you need like a washing machine which was handy to have. but the airconditioner was not working properly when we were there and it was quite un comfortable on 36 degree days. I have let the property manager know to have the unit looked at

Fantastic family holiday house

We had a great time staying at this property with our you g sons. Lots of clean towels, comfortable beds, good storage and a fantastic location walking distance to Blue Holes. The water pressure and heat in the shower was great - and perfect for washing away all the salt water. The neighborhood was quiet and we all slept really well. Will come back again soon!

My partner, myself and my 3 year old son had a great time in this lovely home. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, it has everything you need. The kids corner was great, which kept our 3 year old entertained for ages after a big day out. Not far from the beach and town centre and in a quiet area with lots of privacy :) Beds and couch are comfy too :)

Good time in kalbari. Oven stove is very old and has broken ignition. It caused a small fire at back oven. Looks 25yrs old. Rest of property is great.

We enjoyed a terrific week long family holiday at Caidans Cottage. Compact but well laid out; comfortable; includes a popular kids corner; close enough to the beach to get a sea breeze that passes through the entire property; near the town centre without being too close...
