What you get is one room in an apartment shared with 3 other guest rooms, which is OK for a night or two but the thin walls and wooden floors make it a bit noisy. Other than that it's cheap accommodation with a kitchen and it's clean.
The apartment is getting a bit run down. All the doors I needed to open were sticking which created an annoying slam when closed, and one of the two toilets is out of order and looks to have been so for a while. The location is in a residential area so no nightlife, although there is an Aldi over the road for food supplies.

Shops are nearby,parking facility.City centre is 1.5 km.Dirt cheap for its price.
It is one flat with four rooms which is not indicated on the website.So be in aware you may sleep with 8-10 other guests and share one toilet and shower.And one fridge.Rooms are very basic.Self check in works which is also not indicated in advance.Just on the spot.
