About this bed and breakfast
Built in 2016, after our original home was destroyed in the Jamestown flood 2013, this basement apartment was created to provide housing for aging parents, friends and guests. Our family lives upstairs and share all the outdoor amenities. Newly constructed, 800 sq ft open floor plan apt on James Creek. However, the acre lot landscaping is still being completed. In winter, enjoy the radiant heat floors throughout apt. Minimalist decor, outdoor active space. Go fishing on the creek. Use the pool table/ping pong table, trampoline, and firepit (no bonfires)-dependent on whether or not there's a fire ban!
Pets allowed- fee $20/day per pet. Please note there is no fence on property. However we are 300’ from a large town park and 1/4 mile from USFS land where dogs can roam free, FYI this is a dog loving community some neighbor's dogs roam free.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was well-equipped and met all our needs. The communication from the host was great. It was a great location, between Boulder, CO, and the Rocky Mountain National Park. We would stay again.

I had a most wonderful stay. The hostess was responsive, warm, and kind. She even helped me with a personal car problem, unrelated to the stay. So amazing!

This place is very clean, spacious, pet, friendly, and a cozy spot by the creek. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating and such great people! It was a joy to stay in their place! Close enough to go into Boulder or make your way towards Estes Park. Very safe neighborhood in a small mountain town with a park and Main Street that is very dog friendly. The only restaurant in town is the Mercantile, which I sadly didn’t get a chance to go to, but everyone around is very welcoming. Will 100% recommend to friends and family!

Highly recommend staying here. Julie was responsive and friendly, and the place was spotless, well appointed, and super peaceful, especially the faint sound of the nearby stream. A great place for some R&R, or hiking and cycling steps away. Loved my stay.
