Pros:
Excellent value for money.
Breakfast was decent—a moderate spread, but totally fine to start the day.
Water pressure in the bathroom was initially very good.
Cons:
Drainage & smell: The room drain clogged during our stay. The staff acted quickly when reported and removed the water stopper to fix the flow, but a noticeable sewer smell started coming up afterward.
Lighting: The room lighting was very dim, making it hard to get enough brightness inside.
Amenities: There was no iron or ironing board provided in the room.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The room was cleaned every day, and you get complimentary bottles of water each day. The breakfast had a variety to choose from. The aircon in the hotel was also really nice in the humid weather. Our room was spacious.
The only issue I can think of to address, is the drain in the shower - it doesn't drain the water fast.

Location was okay but nothing of interest/use nearby really and no view. Would not stay again.
There was no washing up liquid, sponge or tea towel provided so no way to clean cutlery - which means the previous guests also couldn't clean properly. Not hygienic. Also weirdly there were no knives in the drawer apart from one large cutting knife.
The shower is quite bad - an electric shower with little pressure. They provide very cheap nasty shampoo so bring your own.
The staff are disinterested at best.
