Good value place in a busy but central area. Superior Queen Room was adequate in terms of size and style however we had a problem with the AC over the bed as it was way too noisy for us to sleep well. We tried complaining about this however were informed that it was fixed. Apart from this issue with the AC, room was comfortable, bathroom was large and room was not noisy. Staff at reception were very nice.

The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around (mostly for going out at night). The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. Considering the price, it was definitely great value for money.
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The bathroom, in particular, was poorly cleaned after the previous guest. I stayed in PB3, a room with a private bathroom, and it was clear that the toilet had not been properly disinfected—it had yellow stains and smelled like urine. This lack of hygiene was unacceptable and definitely needs improvement.

The bed was comfortable, the TV was huge. You need to open outdooor shoes before entering so that keeps the place clean.
Horrible sewer coming from bathroom that passes to the shower as well, also since there is open space above it, the smell can get into the room. Breakfast says juice included in the kitchen but is not provided. Not many channel options.

The Property was okay.
I booked a room in 4 bed dormitory. To avoid too much people but the room was very very small. It was conjusted and hard to go in and out. The Private rooms were awesome.
Also there was a smell in the room that was not unnoticeable.
