Good location, attentive personnel.

Spacious for our family. They responded quickly when we had questions.

The internet would drop connection sometimes when more than one device was attached to it.

The location, space and distribution of the place was ok, but it was things were dirty and worn.

Breakfast was not includea. The place har a kitchen, but the pots and utensils were either dirty or wet and not clean looking. So, we did not use them much.

The place felt dirty. There were nail clippings all over the couch in the living room, there was a piece of hair on the bedsheet, the bed did not seem made properly and the bedsheets were sort of not clean looking and with holes in them in the sense that they were very old and worn. The window was dirty and greasy to the touch.

I would definitely stay there again. Great location and a wonderful eat place across the street.

Very well priced for 3 night stay. They had a coffee pot and coffee and filters. There was a large fridge. There was a locked gate and the house locked. Parking for 2 cars.

we really like the place, for the price it is very worth it.

we had everything that we needed, the shower was awesome, clean and near the center

Great value for money & lovely owners

Clean apartment, very close and easy to get to the centre of La Fortuna, owners were super helpful and overall enjoyed our stay here very much! Plenty of space and great value for money. Good shower too!

Missing enough comfortable seating in the lounge area (only one sofa), was slightly dark without curtains open, would have been good to have some additional mirrors (only available in the bathrooms)

A great affordable place when you need a nice rest to continue your adventures in La Fortuna!!!

The property was very comfortable. You can park you rental car in the property. Nice and peaceful people neighborhood. People in charge of the property lives next door and they are very helpful. The showers are oversized, great for big people. Located at walk distance of a mini market and La Fortuna Restaurants, shops and tour companies.

Very good value for money to visit Arenal

The price. It is a basic accommodation, at first not very attractive, but it resulted in a good accommodation to visit the area. It is quiet and safe. Across the road, Sandra's ceviche kiosk is a must.

Parking was not easy. There are two flats but really only one car fits there although the owners right next door are very friendly and offered there lot for overnight parking. The mattresses could see improvemnet.

Late night arrival. Relief from dark and rain

Last minute needed at night and raining the Owners were efficient helping us park and get in. 2 bedroom with baths worked well for us, 2 couples. Minimal but efficient kitchen helped us fix a late meal. And stocked with coffee, condiments.

Location address was on one road and pics were around corner of intersecting road so needed to call because didn’t see it. Located in residential, cultural immersion, but no view or near any tourist amenities.
