The villa is a five minute drive from the beautiful resort of Carvoeiro ,numerous secluded beaches and a thirty minute walk from the popular fishing village of ferragudo where you can catch a boat taxi to explore Alvor , Silves , playa Rocha and portimao . The villa is on a large plot (1800m2 ) with private extensive gardens ,including a four hole putting green and fruit orchard where you are welcome to pick any fruit that is in season at the time of your stay. These include oranges,lemons,peach,nectarine,olive, lime,pomegranate,plum, fig and almond trees. There is a open plan lounge with large sofa and a log burner fire and flat screen TV. Dining room and breakfast Bar ,well equipped kitchen containing washing machine ,microwave,dish washer,fridge freezer hob/extractor fan and oven . There are picnic box's , cool bags plus many more appliances for your convenience. There is a large balcony with seating /dining area overlooking the golf course, pool and gardens.
