About this house rental
Great for adults and kids! Lovely, QUIET, private home with pool in a cul-de-sac. Stay indoors or enjoy the outdoors. Family and pet-friendly. Conveniently located near parks, beaches, gold courses, grocery stores, shops, restaurants and many attractions. Tampa and Clearwater (20 miles), DisneyWorld (90 minutes), Beaches (10 MINUTES!!) This property is fenced, great for pets. House is stocked just about everything you need: towels, linen, kitchen appliances, utensils, and more. All tiled floors. More information available upon request. Also, there is a Ring Doorbell at the exterior front entrance however no cameras are in the interior and no other cameras on the exterior.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a beautiful in-ground pool. The location was excellent with Publix, Dunkin’, McDonald’s, and other amenities just minutes away.The hosts were very kind and communicative, and everything in the home worked perfectly. For a six-day stay, we felt the price was very fair for the space and amenities provided.Highly recommend this property and we would absolutely stay here again.

The home has a nice pool. The 3rd bedroom is really just for kids since the mattress is on a frame (no box springs). If you are planning to watch TV be prepared for no cable and it only brings in a few channels on antenna (2 are Spanish).
