About this house rental
Situated in Naturaliste, this lovely house for $322 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Eagle Bay Treehouse is a fantastic holiday home for families. The home sits on stilts providing a tranquil escape amongst the surrounding trees and native birds, yet is still an easy walk to the beautiful Eagle Bay beach. At night you can hear the sounds of the waves crashing and during the day the kids can play and ride scooters in the undercover area below the house. In summer you can relax on the large wrap around balcony which has an outdoor table and chairs to seat 10. It is a beautiful spot to have a barbeque and enjoy the coastal bush setting. During the winter months there is a wood burning pot belly fire and TV/DVD. The home offers accommodation for up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. UPPER LEVEL - 2 large master bedrooms with queen beds (linen provided) - A third bedroom with 2 singles (linen provided) - Large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with soaring ceilings. - 1 bathroom with a bath and shower and separate toilet. DOWNSTAIRS - Bedroom with 2 bunks (sleeps 4) which is suitable mainly for children (linen provided upon request). - Laundry/bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. LINEN Linen provided for the bathrooms (hand towel and bath mat) and kitchen (tea towels) and bedrooms (bed sheets, pillow cases and towels). *Kids bedroom linen and towels provided upon request. TRAVELING LIGHT? Beach towels can be included for $10 per person. Please request in your comments at the time of booking. PARKING There is parking at the front of the property for 4 cars. CLEANING There is no extra cleaning charge when you proceed to booking. Location: Eagle Bay is situated a short 8 minute drive south of Dunsborough (supermarkets, restaurants, petrol stations) and is surrounded by the Meelup National Park which has plenty of walking trails. Minutes away you have the stunning Eagle Bay Brewery, Wise Winery and Lot 80 restaurant. The beach itself is world class and possibly the most beautiful beach you will find in the Southwest. The beach is very calm and is protected from the southwest winds so can be enjoyed all day long and offers excellent fishing and a boat ramp. Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well kept and ideal location close to the beach. We had a small issue as the neighbour was up very early every morning doing building work but apart from that I would recommend it as a wonderful place for a visit to the South West.

The location was superb and the house was amazing. Everything we hoped for - the beach was fantastic, proximity to wineries and sight seeing was great. I’m our last night we even saw a whale at Eagle Bay.

Eagle Bay Treehouse is perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful beaches near Dunsborough, and super easy to access the delights of the Margaret River wine region.
The house is spacious and comfortable and the bunk room downstairs was very useful for helping kids get to sleep early.
The hosts, Trina and Mark, went out of their way to accommodate our requests and kindly recommended a new gelato shop in Dunsborough,
We will certainly be staying again!

Seven of us spent five nights at this property over Christmas. It was the best holiday!!!!! The property is lovely with everything you could possibly need. Short walk to the beach so two swims and paddling a day. Huge verandah to relax on and great walks. Really enjoyed the walk to Meelup and back. Easy drive to Dunsborough for any provisions. Couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Our family members from Melbourne were so happy! Thank you Katie and Trina. We hope to return xx

Lovely stay with everything as stated by owner. Had everything needed for a two-night stay. Was extremely close to several local attractions. Upgrading the matrasses on queen size beds would have been the only thing needed to get a five star rating from us!

I can not describe the excitement when we first walked into the property. Everything is made of wood and gives a nice holiday house feeling. The quality of material used to build the house and the house plan is simply the best. You have a 360 view when on the balcony with goes around the house. The place was so clean and everything you might think of was provided.

Lovely stay down at Trina’s property in Eagle Bay. Lots of firewood available for the fireplace to keep the whole house warm. Large open plan living room and kitchen.

Amazing treehouse gettaway
We loved our time we spent here. The house was extremely well equipped and decor lovely. Perfect place for our 3 children with how close it is to the beach plus plenty of room for a boat out the front. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely property and great location
We really enjoyed our stay at the treehouse. It was pretty cold at first but once we got the fire going. It is in a perfect location and we didn’t need to go far to find wineries, restaurants and amazing views. The house was very clean and tidy and extremely well equipped. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again sometime.
