Lovely, clean house. Location in the forest, near the lake. The house has everything you need for life and recreation. Good beds, clean linen and towels, but one large towel per person and that's it. I didn't have enough. Very green around and quite quiet and comfortable. Lots of entertainment for the whole family and children, really a lot. Balls, darts, table tennis, playgrounds, bungee, trampoline, scooters, bicycles, boats and more, and the house has a huge number of games for children and adults. Sauna was not used.
There were minor flaws - for example, for 5 days we were given 1 capsule for washing dishes. Netflix turned off in the evenings, the Internet worked intermittently on weekends.
I can't recommend this place to friends. The price does not match the services provided. I have something to compare with, I travel a lot and I know what good service is.
I deduct 1 point for each major negative. 8 points for the cleanliness of the house and for the location in a beautiful natural place.
There were three big downsides:
- it was very cold and damp in the bathroom, the heated floors did not work, according to the owner - due to the fact that it was warm outside (it was from +16 to +25). We had to heat the bathroom with a hair dryer before washing (we rested in early June). the floors in the house are cold, despite the heat in the street.
- there were serious water shortages. According to the owner - in connection with the repair work in the city. Until 10 am the pressure was normal after 10-12 am there was either no water at all or there was very little pressure and there was only cold water. By evening, the pressure improved, but not by 100%. When asked by the owner "what should we do? after all, we can't even wash our hands and dishes, let alone cook food" - we were told that we could draw water from the sauna in the yard and filter it through a small kettle in the house. They did not explain to us how to go to the toilet, they said that they could not help us in any way, and they could return the money to us for the next two days, that we could move out. Naturally, we stayed because we came to celebrate a birthday, but the mood was spoiled.
- very dirty in children's areas outside! The playground is not cleaned at all, all the swings and slides are in the sand and mud, as well as a lot of dry branches, garbage (of natural origin) and leaves. Just as dirty in the children's house on the street. my daughter (7 years old) did not play there because it was dirty - these are her words. There is an announcement on the house that you can only enter without shoes, but the floor was very dirty, there was a lot of sand and leaves on the floor, and there were cobwebs and insects in all corners of the dust. - It was this moment that upset me a lot, because hygiene is the most important thing on vacation, and in children's areas it is the MOST important moment. For this moment, I do not reduce the score.

Amazing place to relax with family / friends. I love it. Friendly staff, quiet house with a view to the forest. Like literally to the forest! The house is in the middle of the woods. Also, recommend booking a sauna and “bali.” Total relax. I’m in love here. I will be back soon.
