Everything was really nice, but especially location and Giuliana is the great host!
Missing air conditioning (although I could manage even in August with provided fans) and it would be great to have access to proper kitchen or real breakfast, but there are bunch of nice places around, so also manageable as it is

Camera molto bella spaziosa e ben curata
La colazione non era all’altezza per la spesa in genare della camera .
Paste confezionate troppo scadenti, inoltre l’assenza di burro, basta davvero poco per far sì che sia un 10 in totale

Sistemazione ideale per una coppia ma discreta anche per un gruppo da 3 come noi.
Gentile, disponibile e discreta la signor Giuliana.
Volendo proprio trovare qualcosa da migliorare mi viene da citare la colazione accettabilissima ma non indimenticabile.

Well-equipped bathroom (except for 1 soap for body and shampoo)
Noisy (street)
Hot during the summer with only a noisy fan to get air during the night - still hard to sleep
Strong perfume (hiding cigarette smell?)
A multi-socket would be appreciated to charge phones
Not a real breakfast, just biscuits+yogurts+juices from supermarket and coffee
