Nestled in Mission Bend, this charming house for $145 per night is a great option for your next break. DEAR GUEST! PLEASE FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES: -If you book the house, you must stay unless you have discussed this in past with us and you will be personally responsible for the house. -This Property is in deed restricted to Homeowner association and most HOA doesn’t like short-term rental places (Air B and B /VRBO) therefore we don’t want to rent and get red-flagged by HOA therefore help me by following the instructions. -NO Random invites without prior permission. -NO Throwing party or Parties. -NO Loud music inside or outside, please respect our neighbors and if we get a complaint from neighbors, we will have to cancel the reservation and ask you to leave. -No hanging out outside the front door -Don’t just leave the front door open, we have nosey neighbors who will call the police just to harass you and me. -NO smoking inside the house or front of the house. We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door. -NO Pets without prior permission. -upon check out, please follow all checkout instructions list. -If you have more people staying at the house than listed on the reservation, you will lose your deposit. -Anything missing upon Inventory upon check out. -Missing garage door remote. -Late Checkout without prior approval. -Don’t have anything shipped to the house without prior permission. -We provide make-up wipes/removers, please do not use towels as the towels get stained and we cannot use them for the next guest. -Make-up stains on pillowcases/bed sheets and comforters. -Don’t use towels or wash clothes to clean or wipe down your shoes. Please! read and respond. Thank you! Check-in check-out time is flexible upon request. Nice places are not cheap and cheap places are not nice. Think about it. That’s why we have so many positive reviews. Houston area Completely remodeled upgrade, corporate living, close to shopping, the city, and tolls. Also close to Sugarland, Katy, Richmond, Rosenberg, Highway 6, Memorial area, and plenty of food places nearby. 3 bed 2 bath with attached garage Everything you need is there, just bring your clothes and food And you're set! This property has outdoor security cameras for your protection.

This is was beautiful, cleaned,and had everything to function as if I was in my home! The property manager Sandra was very nice, thoughtful and responded quickly to assist with questions and needs! Absolutely amazing

I rented this home to enjoy my mom and family for the weekend of Mother's Day. Thing were great. My mom absolutely loved the master bedroom and her peace and quiet time. Everyone loved the wooden porch swings in the spacious back yard. I'm looking forward to renting again very soon. Thank you for the cool experience!

This home was everything described. The neighborhood seemed rich and quiet and the cleanliness and layout of the home was beautiful and felt like I was at home . However the Owner sent a maid to the home as he thought we checked out but we told him several times before our check in that we were staying an extra day and he said he'll take care of it since it's not necessary to cancel and re book the reservation. As we returner to the home after a day out in the town of Houston , several items were missing . Shoes and a watch that had a total value of $1500. The owner said the Maid claims she didn't see any shoes and she didn't take anything so he sided with her. The maid took pictures before she moved our luggage to another room after cleaning but in one of the pictures, you can see my shoe boxes in the corner of the picture. She attempted to move my stuff out of the picture before taking it but failed as I have proof my items were there and were taken. I filed a police report and now have to wait to hear back from someone since the Owner couldn't work out anything for me and is taking her side just because she has been his maid for 6 years. I drove 10 hours to Houston from Tennessee just to get slapped in the face with this type of customer service. I'm not trying to bash or make a bad review but an honest review. I loved the home and our trip until our stuff was stolen. Trash cans were checked , even the dumpster at the office I checked as where the msids take the trash from the homes they clean.

I loved it the condo was clean, easy to fine happy with the location nice appliances and very comfortable the place was great the owner was super helpful and texted me right back about any thing i may have needed help with would recommend this to anyone. I would love to stay again
