Very clean, comfortable room. Fresh and well maintained. Coffee in the hall.
Lovely varied breakfast.
Polite helpful staff.
Only one member of staff on at check in, who was also serving food. Very slow.
No signage to explain what was included in breakfast, it that we could help ourselves to anything and then needed to have it checked through the till. Everyone was very confused.
A multi lingual sign explaining this would have saved stress and delay.
