The Terrazas Condo is a luxury property located in the most amazing spot of Playa (next to the cool Quinta Avenida and the Calle 38 - leading you directly to the Shangri-La Beach); though exclusive, you will feel like at home, thanks to the owner who beautifully decorated and fully equipped every corner of this property. The 260 sqm first level features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that sits up to eight people; 60" flat screen TV and High speed internet are provided for your confort; the terrace is excellent for a nice outdoor aperitivo. The three large bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and 2 twin sizes, ceiling-fans and ensuite bathrooms. An additional 7th sleeping place can be arranged on the sofa in the living room with with an extra cost . The 160 sqm solarium is located at the upper level: it features a sofá, outdoor dinning, gas bbq, 1 bedroom with King size bed, semi equipped kitchem, TV room área and straight Access to the common pool it also feautures a private jaccuzi, where you will enjoy the sunny Mexican weather. For those getting to Playa by car: complimentary secured indoor parking in the building. *PLEASE, FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO STAY 2-3 MONTHS IN HIGH SEASON (from Christmas to March): - a 25% deposit will have to be paid upon reservation, via bank transfer, and will become not refundable after a certain date. A contract will have to be signed by both parties.
