The hosts were very friendly and responsive to our requests. The place was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately the oven didn't work which we only found out when trying to make dinner. However we were able to use another units facilities for our purpose.

Location was fantastic. Property was well set out and had most things we needed. So peaceful and great space for kids to run and play.

Luckily we had two houses, as one oven/stovetop didn’t work, and one bbq was better kept than the other. Could do with some oil, milk, salt & pepper, more tea towels and replacement bin bags that fit please!

staff coming in and out of the property constantly, fridge broken and not fixed. no one to guide you where to collect the keys to actually check in. the water machine was mouldy and had sticks in it. poor communication. Random people rocking upto your house who have keys to come into the house ( near the kids rooms) with out you knowing. Van parked out the front the entire time with a male sleeping in the back on a mattress looking through the home ( no curtains on the whole side of the house

We had nothing but problems from the get go. Communication was sparse to non existent until I got booking.com involved. The fridge in the big house didn’t work and we had to use car fridges and eskies for our food. We had 7 adults and 10 children so there was a lot of food to try and store safely, the water dispenser had mould in it, our children where drinking mouldy water until we changed the bottle and realised. We have a lot of very concerned parents worried for their future health now, mouldy lines need to be cleaned by the cleaners after every checkout, this has NOT been done. Mouldy pillows, filthy bbq with half a bottle of gas. The list goes on. The location is beautiful and it’s such a shame. With good upkeep this would be beautiful. The cleanliness is unacceptable. I hate giving bad reviews but this was bad. Bathrooms (every single one) flooded with every shower. No air conditioning at all, one huge fan in the main room that was so loud it echoed. No, I’m sorry but we will not return at all. The cleaner had her husband and child just wandering through the house while we were there. Random people sleeping in their cars next to our family in the big house. We had no access to laundry facilities at the big house at all as they locked us out on the 2nd day. We wanted to wash our towels to save getting new ones all the time and our kids clothes but couldn’t. There was no where to hang the clothes or towels to dry. The list goes on. For all of the promises, we were left very short. We paid top dollar to have our big family holiday. Our group paid for 2 cottages, the big house and chalet called health. Not happy at all. This was for my sons wedding and it did not live up to what they said it does. Put a damper on the whole weekend for the newlyweds.
