Breakfast was quick and good
Loved the trailmix and m&m’s in the evening.
Staff was super friendly and helpful plus calm.
Heated toilet seats in the deluxe king room, the shower and bed was comfortable.
The tv cable was poor. Needed to beca screaming device so we could watch college football on the weekend

The deluxe king room was exceptional. Great walk-in shower with high pressure from both overhead & wand shower heads.very rustic decorated decor, which matched being in the Yellowstone area. Great location, staff was friendly and accommodating to our every need. Highly recommend this property.
The TV could have been a little more updated ( but we really didn’t have time to watch that often).

Very quiet area but walking distance to everything around town, easy access to Yellowstone National Park. Beds were very comfortable!
My only recommendation would be to upgrade to smart TVs in the rooms so guests can connect to streaming services.

Did not try it
The front desk clerk, we couldn't access the TV. We asked Aron to assist, he came into our room, and accused us of pulling out the dish TV satellite connections. We responded We did not disconnect it. He repeated the accusation three times. Later in the day I went to the front office and asked for his manager. His manager after hearing the incident was apologetic, however Aaron was smirking, I said it is clear he needs customer service training. He denied he said anything. So he accused us of disconnecting the TV service and then said we were untrulful in our complaint. Based on the poor customer service we will not stay at this location again.
