I loved cousiness of the apartment, silence and location, communication with hosts. Some comments said it is not suitable for tall people... I am 196 and did not get a single bump 🙂 Ah, small windows but great view!

- it was 13.3C when we arrived, and it increased to 20 after 24hours 🙂 Not a problem in summer, bet when it is 10 outside... - internet speed. It is year 2023 and have a 3mb/s speed is just unacceptable. 4G+ on our phones reached up to 60mb/s 🙂 Not a problem if you are not on workation though 😀

Very cosy little apartment, in the old town overlooking a charming monastery. In the apartment you find all you need and little suprises extra, like the complimentary Baci Perugina, and then sugar, coffee, biscuits for breakfast, shampoo etc in the bathromm, in case you didnt' bring yours. Marco and Cristina take really good care of their guests. When we were there, April 1st, there was an exceptional snow, but the apartment is really warm.

The bathroom is a bit small, maybe more suitable for small to medium sized people than for very tall ones!

Full of DVDs and books. Nice WiFi.

Ceiling was too low. There was no freezer.

Wonderful apartment at an exceptional location. It is in the historic part of the town with narrow streets and old buildings. The apartment has far exceeded expectations, it was well equipped with all kitchen stuff, towels, hygienie accessories, etc. A very kind flat!a

The weather was quite warm, but it isn't the apartment's fault. We had to operate the fans all night long.

Check in was as uncomplicated as it gets. Even though we arrived very late there weren't any problems with getting the key. Marco kept in contact with us during our trip and was very helpful with the questions we had. The apartment was well equipped with everything we might have needed during our stay. Our whole group was very satisfied with the accommodation.

This apartment was very well serviced clean and comfortable. It was very handy for the centre and all local transportation. We especially loved the Minimetrò something not to be missed. We stayed 6 days and visited Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, the lake and had a ride on a boat to Isola Maggiore. Had an absolutely lovely time.

Nothing at all to dislike.
