Overall it Was nice. The only thing to complain about is that 3 of the bedroom. 3 of the bedrooms were under all criticism. The beds in the 3 rooms upstairs were terrible. Too few bathrooms with toilet and shower. The entrance was fantastic. The pool area and the view were lovely.

The property is directly on the sea and a secluded beach is very close (stairs to it are opposite house no 19). Very nice pool and the living room and terrace are lovely with amazing views. Bedrooms are rather simple and there is a lack of maintenance showing with doors damaged and tiles in bathrooms broken. One air conditioner was not working and the promised technician never arrived, which left the living area stifling hot. Biggest problem, though were the cockroaches. We killed around 20 of them indoors in a week, you do wonder how many there must be. Agent came and sprayed a bit once which made no difference. We let the kids vote and they opted for staying, however, the cockroaches did really spoil some of the fun!

The sea if there for you from every corner of the house! Very spacious house, well equipped, nicely decorated, incredible light, great pool, peaceful location - just you and the Mediterranean Sea! Definitely on the list of places we want to revisit!

Spectacular view from any place of the house, it was exactly what we were expecting for our vacation. First line so close to the sea was perfect for relaxing, especially the sound of the waves at the poolside. Short walk to small exclusive beach and very convenient tramway just 300 m away to go shopping or tapas downtown Alicante or any city down the coast. Many conveniences such as washer/dryer, beach towels, cooler, etc. Excellent wifi and TV, Snorkling equipments for everybody( we were 8 people), canoe, table tennis, etc. We really enjoyed the Cruise kind of feeling being so close to the sea and incredible panoramic view. This is the strongest point of this place. Benjamin was very straightforward and easy to work with. We were new to renting from owner, and he could not have made it easier for us. He met us on arrival and made us very welcome. When we had questions, Benjamin responded immediately. No issues with security deposit return. We would definitely return and we would recommend to our friends.

As a family of 5 (3 kids), we spent a wonderful and relaxing week in this beautifully located house with incredible and unobstructed view of the sea...it was like we were in our very own private yatch (the living room's Terrace and dining room really gave us this impression!) The pool area was very cozy and well maintained. The rooms were clean and well prepared for our arrival. The kids enjoyed having their private space (2nd living room area ) and had table tennis matches!! And ofcourse they spent plenty of time in the pool. All in all, we will cherish every minute of our stay in this amazing villa...from the wonderful Reception by the House manager till our departure. We're looking forward to coming back here next year. Definitely recommend this villa!!!
