This was one of the best stays I have stayed in so far. Really nice people, awesome location (really close to everything that matters but still nice and quiet, because it is located on a smaller street).
The breakfast was super delicious with lots of fresh fruit and you could pick whatever you liked that day.

The owner of the homestay was excellent - arranged transportation and advised us on restaurants and activities. It was a very positive first impression during our Vietnam trip. The owner helped us transition to our next stay by personally driving us to the Bus terminal.
The plastic mattress protection sheet was a bit uncomfortable. There was some flooding on the small street which was tricky to navigate by foot in the dark. Some additional street lighting might help.
