Enjoy your stay at our beautiful Tuscan style home complete with all new furnishings and the comforts of home. Our home is located in Sonoma Ranch, a friendly community with golfing, bike paths and trails. Centrally located, we are minutes from the Mesilla Valley Mall, Med Centers, NMSU and New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum. The house itself comes completely furnished with: 3 full bedrooms 3 bathrooms Media room with a 75" 4k TV and 4k disc player Gourmet Kitchen with two islands, 6-burner stove and granite top counters Office/Den Elevated deck with beautiful sunrise views There is plenty of room to spread out in this 3400+ sq foot home. Enjoy an evening by the fire in the living room or while soaking in the master bath jet-tub. For those that need to stay connected, we have high-speed wifi throughout and satellite TV service. The home is tastefully decorated in traditional southwest style and comes with everything you need to feel at home.

First impression was prefect. Walked into a large clean spacious open concept living/ kitchen area. Plenty of seating and nicely decorated. Master suite is oversized to include the closet and bathroom. The bridesmaids used the master suite to get ready for the wedding and nobody felt crowded. Beds were comfortable as were the couches and chairs. Would stay in this home again.

From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with this expansive home. Its spacious living room and bedrooms and well-appointed kitchen made staying 'home' a true pleasure. The office made a perfect quiet place for sewing. The neighborhood was also quiet and just a short drive to shopping for groceries and exploring the many museums and parks of Las Cruces -- with one lovely community park just a few blocks away for our daily walk. We did have friends visit for 3 of the 6 weeks we stayed here; having three bathrooms gave them privacy and the beds were quite comfortable. My favorite sight was sunrise and sunset of the Organ Mountains, viewed from the dining room. Truly, we're looking forward to returning one day. Julia was an exceptional host!

Beautiful home with fantastic views!! Kitchen well stocked with staples, dishes and cookware. Beds were so comfy; linens were high grade. Loved the master bath! Exceptional space with cute artwork throughout this spacious home. Julia was a wonderful hostess and available for our every need. Thank you, Julia, for the lovely bottle of wine and snacks at check in. Would we stay again? YES!!

Our family stayed at the property and it was beautiful inside and out! We had everything we needed and all of us were comfortable and a bit spoiled. Miss Julia provided most all we needed for our stay. Many blessings and thank you!

This was the most equipped VRBO we have ever stayed at. We have used VRBO on several occasions. In Hawaii and Mexico also. It was in a great location. Very spacious. The little surprise they left was very appreciated. The goodies were yummy. All the little extra's that were available to use were so convenient.

We had a memorial for my sister who died in July. We had family attend from Albuquerque, Hot Springs AR, Buffalo NY, Marlow OK and Phoenix AZ. We enjoyed spending time together and had everyone for breakfast one morning. The property was spacious and allowed us to visit comfortably.
The mattresses are wonderful. And the kitchen is large and well equipped. I highly recommend!

We stayed here for a month! It was such a blessing. Our family was able to visit and at times we had 7 of us. We were so comfortable. The location was perfect. We loved it.

Amazing!
Our family was blow away by this beautiful house. It exceeded all expectations and made our trip to Las Cruces even better. Our family consisted of 9 people. This house accommodated us perfectly, everyone had plenty of space. This house also came better equipped than most, kitchen was stocked with everything anyone would want or need. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, etc. We loved our stay.

We stayed a week!
Our group traveled 1800 miles to Las Cruces to stay for a week. We could not have been as comfortable and as well positioned in the city without this great property! The kitchen is well stocked with utensil, pots, pans, etc., and appointed with the island and bar. If you have several people and want to cook and relax, this worked for us.

The house is located in a cul de sac in a safe and clean neighborhood with beautiful homes. If you have any doubts about booking this house, look no further, just do it! Magical month
This is our second one month plus stay at the Francis house. It is perfect. Kitchen is fully stocked and home is located a quiet neighborhood near everything. Julia (the owner) is so responsive. You won't find a better place as your home away from home.

Amazing home away from home
This property had my family feeling at home. Fully furnished from the outdoor grill to the bathrooms and kitchen stocked with just about anything you need. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. We definitely plan to stay here again next time we are visiting.

A covid-safe family Christmas
Halfway between CA and TX, a safe road trip from either direction and a luxurious destination. We cooked, gamed, watched DVDs, and gathered safely; we brought food and hunkered down but there are nearby stores and restaurants for post-pandemic visits.

Family Getaway
Our family booked at last minute due to cancellation of going out of state because of Covid. My family enjoyed our stay here and all the luxuries of the house. We had great quality time together.

The best Team House
This beautiful home always suits our softball teams needs. We always feel so welcomed to Julia's beautiful home. This is our second year staying here and everyone was super happy on the location and how beautiful it was. Our team is looking forward to next year to stay at her home again. Definitely 5 star home.

One of the best in Las Cruces!
Big, beautiful, functional, well maintained, great backyard, wonderful neighborhood and even nice neighbors! If anyone is going to Las Cruces, this a house to be looked at! It was perfect for our group for size and location. We all recommend staying here!

House is beyond amazing. It's very spacious and is well stocked. Owners provided many extras like linens, toiletries, and kitchenware. 100% would recommend for large groups.
