The check in process was excellent. Manuela was a great host. The villa was in a quiet cul de sac near everything!!! Although there was a school behind it was not a problem - actually nice to hear the kids playing. Would recommend this villa - great service & value for money.

Lovely villa very well positioned for all amenities. Pool a bonus. A handrail to hold onto going up steps to pool area would be useful but didn't stop us using the pool. A lovely time was nad by all.

Very clean and spacious Villa in a great location. A couple of things that would have been nice to have, wall mirrors in 2 of the bedrooms for doing hair/makeup would be helpful. Also, would have been nice to have a table and chairs on the roof terrace, we didn’t use this lovely space as there was only 2 chairs.

A spotlessly clean, comfortable large villa, in a quiet area close to the beach and restaurants/bars. The pool area was fabulous and our kids loved spending the days playing in it. Manuela was the perfect host. Would highly recommend.

The property is in a fantastic location, very quiet and close to all amenities. The villa itself is very clean, has everything a family needs and has a fantastic pool.

This is the third time we have stayed here and it is a wonderful property for a large family like ours. The proximity to Alvor and the beautiful beach is excellent as is the quiet neighbourhood. Manuela is a fantastic host with great attention to detail. Wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time, we were celebrating my son's birthday. He loves to play in the snow and his wish came true, because that weekend we had i lot of snow. Jason is a great host, his place is is just what we needed. It is so close from Julian that you can go to town walking. This place is comfy and has all you need for a getaway. This is my third time in Jason place and I hope is not the last one. Thanks Jason

Manuela was lovely however when arrived it was cold but no heating was on and it felt damp ! Having had conversation with Manuela they had a flood but had not aired the house the beds were damp rugs etc . After she had left we found that all doors were swollen so would not close and we put heating on however this did not take the dampness away we went out everyday as it was too cold in villa to stay in … also no welcome pack or instructions for anything! Having said that the villa was lovely and all amenities were there . Perfect location to walk to beach and town . Also there’s a school behind property which over looks pool and very noisy when they are out . It’s a shame as had the villa not been damp and all our clothes we would go back .

We have just returned from an enjoyable week at this property. The villa was perfectly located, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. It looked even better in real life than in the pictures. Even though it is so close to the centre of Alvor the neighbourhood was peaceful and we enjoyed 7 nights of undisturbed sleep.
If there is anything that could be improved upon we would suggest upgrading the sun beds as they're looking rather tired. However, they are comfortable and didn't have an adverse impact on our stay.
Manuela was very responsive throughout the booking process and in answering our questions in the days leading up to our visit. We had an issue with the suite's bathroom having no hot water on the first full day and within an hour of reporting it Manuela was at the house and resolved the issue. An excellent host!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it due to its excellent location and host.

Comfortable villa at a perfect location
We stayed here for 10 days and were very happy with our decision. The villa is comfort and spacious. The bed and bedding are nice also. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was 10 min to the beach and to the board walk. The ocean was green and beautiful. Manuela, the owner was very nice and responsive. She was so kind to allow us to check in early. And the restaurant and grocery shopping tips she gave us were also very nice. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Diese Villa hat ihren Namen verdient. Alles ist großzügig: ein großer, gemütlicher Wohnraum mit integriertem Essplatz, eine voll eingerichtete Küche mit allem, was man braucht einschließlich Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sowie die notwendigen Mittel, alles tip-top sauber, überall schöne Fliesen, eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss, oben befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer, davon ein sehr großes und zwei kleinere mit ausreichend Schrankraum sowie zwei große Badezimmer, eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne und jeweils zwei Waschbecken. In diesem Haus mit seinen total freundlichen und hilfsbereiten besitzern bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Fast vergessen aber besonders schön: die Terrasse mit dem Pool und Grillmöglichkeit. Hier spielte sich unser Leben ab :). Ich könnte noch ewig weiterloben, stattdessen freuen wir uns auf ein nächstes Mal und sagen DANKE!!!

Lovely villa in a great location.
My wife and I stayed with our 13 yr old daughter at this lovely villa in Alvor. We were greeted by the owner Manuela on arrival who showed us around the property and gave us all the information that we needed for our stay. The villa is spotlessly clean and has a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils provided for a self-catering holiday. There are three comfortable bedrooms, one with an ensuite with corner bath, and an excellent shower in the family bathroom. The lounge/dining room area is also very comfortable and spacious with a large TV and complimentary wifi. The pool area is perfect for family recreation and includes a BBQ. The villa is ideally located just five minutes walk to Alvor town centre, with it's wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops, and is only a few minutes walk from the local supermarket. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. All in all we had a thoroughly enjoyable family holiday in this villa and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you Manuela!

Great villa in a great location
We had a fantastic 10 days in this lovely villa. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Pool was a great size (we went end of June so a bit chilly for me, would have loved it if there was an option to have it heated)my 9 year old was never out of it though and I’m sure in mid July/August it’s very pleasant. You can walk to the beach/supermarket and all the restaurants so great location. We used the bbq a couple of nights and would then popped out for ice cream, it’s literally 5 mins walk!!! Perfect. The fish market is 5 mins away, with lots of delicious fish, it also has stalls with delicious fruit, veg, bread etc!!! The lovely owner Manuela was there to meet us and the bottle of red wine/water was much appreciated. Will definitely be back.

Lovely villa in a great location
This villa is very clean, comfortable and well maintained. It is ideally located a short walk from both the beach and all the restaurants and activities in Alvor. It provided everything we needed for our stay including beach towels, parasol, high chair, cot and even a few books and toys. The pool was the perfect size for having 2 young children and there were sunny and shady areas. Manuela greeted us on arrival and showed us all the features and workings. There was even some complimentary wine and water on hand which was much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return!

Stunning Alvor villa
Absolutely fantastic villa! Party of 5 adults and a 2 year old stayed for one week. Everything you needed was available, including items for use on the beach (even a bicycle was at hand). Manuela the owner was there to meet us on arrival to show us around - lovely helpful lady. Spacious villa and the pool was a bonus! lovely quiet street but only 3 minute stroll to the centre of Alvor and 10 minutes walk to beach with a toddler. Will definitely return again. Stayed in Alvor on many occasions but this is by far the best accommodation we've stayed in in Alvor! Thanks Manuela.

This is a home from home, in fact better!.. Absolutely immaculate, everything and I mean everything provided, towels, cleaning equipment, fully equipped kitchen, bbq, pool area, 5 mins walk to Main Street and also beach.. Has a roof terrace also to catch the last of the sun.. Would def visit again!

A perfect villa!
My family and I, 5 adults, have had the most amazing holiday, made even more the better by staying in this villa. It is modern, clean, exceptionally well equipped, and is near enough to the centre (3 mins walk) to make it easy to wander into the village, but just far enough away to not be able to hear nightlife after we have had enough! The three bedrooms are large and comfortable, the beds are lovely and fully furnished, with all towels supplied and the most fantastic shower ever. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a large corner bath and a balcony with sea views. The kitchen is wonderful, with a washing machine and dishwasher, you have everything you need if you decide to cook here. Outside, the swimming pool is immaculately clean, and the outdoor BBQ has been amazing for us to cook on during the evening. There is a roof terrace which is perfect for sunbathing as you get the breeze off the ocean. The photos on this website don't do this villa justice, it is so much more than what you can see here. We can't wait to come back, thank you Manuela for a fantastic time, your villa is beautiful.
