About this villa rental
Nestled in Dalyan, this charming villa for $260 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This stunning villa is built from hand carved Cappadocian stone with views of the Lycian Rock tombs and ancient city of Kaunos. The outside is sheer bliss with a travertine marble surrounding the pool and jacuzzi. The outside bbq allows for alfreso dining and has 8 sunbeds with soft covers, tables and chairs to dine on. There is also a raised seating area (in Turkish this is called a kosch). The villa has ramps to the ground floor bedroom and pool area ideal for disabled or infirm. The mature gardens have palm trees and a southern aspect to watch the sun set over the 3000 year old Lycian rock tombs which are floodlit at night. As a world heritage site you can marvel at the wildlife that you will see from Kingfishers and sea eagles to Storks nesting on the telegraph poles and the giant loggerhead Carretta turtles which breed here in the summer months. Situated only 50 metres from the river where you can stroll by the riverside restaurants. The river is the access to the 5km golden sand Iztuzu beach, home of the giant loggerhead turtles. Why not take a river taxi out onto the lake for an evening watching the shooting stars or travel across to the village of Koycheciz where the folds of the mountain range that ends in the Himalayas starts.

We have just returned from a lovely relaxing holiday at Villa Allure .
It was well equipped in the kitchen for our needs and all bedrooms had there own bathrooms.
Location was peaceful with views of the tombs
and not to far from the shops and restaurants.
We are all looking forward to a return visit thank you again for a wonderful holiday.

No Jacuzzi
4 onsuite rooms only 1 had enough water pressure to power washing watter

Wonderful stay in the beautiful Dalyan! Lovely house with lots of space.
I have suggested a few improvements in places, and the Wi-Fi would be great if stronger however in all a great location, property, facilities and we will be back!

Beautiful Property! We enjoyed our stay but they need to check the property to make sure things are in working order and the pool is good to go. They do not work on Sundaes so check in can be an issue. I still recommend this property.

Super Family Stay
This property was an excellent choice for our group of 9 with ages ranging from 2 to 70. We liked the space, the kitchen facilities and the pool, especially the hot tub. Communication with Navine was clear, friendly and prompt. Thank you.

Fabulous location
Villa is in a lovely part of town just a 10 minute stroll to the shops and restaurants. Being close to the river means it's really convenient to hop on to a boat using the jetty by the ferryboat crossing. Suited a multi generational family holiday just perfectly.

Beautiful property, highly recommended.
This is a fabulous property. Recently refurbished, bright and modern with a beautiful pool, Jacuzzi, shady raised Kosch for relaxing and a brick barbeque in the garden. The outside dining area is very pleasant, with wicker parasols. It is about 5 mins walk to the nearest small supermarket which is fine for basics and alcohol, There is a much bigger supermarket in town, about 15mins walk but a Taxi rank next door and only about £2.50 to bring you home. You save more than that as its cheaper there. It is ideally situated in a quiet road but no more than 10 mins stroll from the town and the dozens of Restaurants, Bars & shops.
Oruc, the management company, will organise anything you want. From Turkish Baths, around £13, (highly recommended to prevent sunburn) to boat trips. We hired their boat for 2 separate trips for our party of 7. It was reasonably priced, the 3 crew pleasant and the barbeque and salads prepared on board were delicious. They collected us from the villa for all these trips free of charge.
We had a couple of small issues which were resolved with a quick phone call. Nice to have a contact in case of need. They also collected us from the villa on our last day and held our luggage in their offices until we were ready to be taken back to the airport.
Booking was simple, communication good and considering the quality of the property, exceptional for the price. Would definitely recommend this property .

A lovely break - the villa was just as described, with 4 good bedrooms (each with ensuites), a clean white kitchen (nb. I noticed some previous reviews said they couldn't find any teatowels or a corkscrew - the kitchen does have them), and a great pool area. The villa management company were great in popping by to ask if we needed anything on our first day. An easy 5-10 minute walk into Dalyan, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants, but a bonus that the villa is in a quiet area. Would certainly return.

Fantastic holiday
We booked the villa only 8 weeks before traveling and found Nadine extremely helpful in organising payment, transfers, welcome pack and cot for our stay. There was everything we needed from the moment we arrived. Oruc Travel (local agent) were helpful and informative.
The villa was very clean and is extremely spacious. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge mean there is some escape from the heat of the day if you need it. Having 4 bathrooms is an added bonus, especially as one is on the ground floor. The pool is relatively large and is a single depth only. However the jacuzzi is also great as a paddling pool for younger visitors.
Garden is well maintained as is the pool (visited daily to check everything was OK).
The kitchen has everything you need to eat in, but we more often than not ate out and restaurants are about 10 minutes leisurely walk away (main strip in Dalyan).
Easy access to everything, and local supermarket 5 minutes walk.
Peaceful location with great view of the rock tombs from upstairs balconies.
We would definitely stay in this villa again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Great property good location
Have just seen the previous review but as we are here in the height of summer we didn't have the same problems and found the villa to be excellent all round.
We are a family of 5 with children of 9, 15 & 17. We all had a great time. Pool was enjoyed by all of us and was plenty big enough.
The villa is excellently located, an easy 10 minute maximum flat walk to town but there is a small shop and some restaurants closer than that.
There are plenty of eating areas between the inside and outside which also means you have enough space for some private time.
All rooms have a very well sized en-suite bathroom and the bedrooms are a good size. The property was very clean and we also had a mid point clean included which was very thorough.
It would be a good addition to have some washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs however, have not had them left before at other good quality villas.
The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, pots, pans etc
Dalyan is a very nice resort and there is plenty to do, or very little if you prefer!

Badly managed, yet great property
Villa Allure is a fantastic property - which is let down by poor management of the property. We had several issues, most of which were not dealt with whilst we were staying in Dalyan. The property manager – Navine, claims that these issues are now resolved. Prior to leaving, I looked at and added to the guest book in the property. I noticed that quite a few of my issues had been suffered by other people dating back several years, so I question whether in reality, they have the ability to resolve all of the issues.
The main issue for us, was that the property was advertised on owners direct as having a heated pool. It wasn't heated and was seldom usable at the time of year we were there. I sent an e-mail to Navine who manages the property bookings from the UK: - "our decision to take your property was based upon it having a heated swimming pool. This would have allowed us to spend more time at the villa enjoying ourselves in the pool, thus saving us money on extra trips out. We were not able to do that much as it was too cold to use. The property was advertised as having a heated swimming pool on owners direct. We made our decision based upon this and it is not useable”. Navine denied that the property was advertised on owners direct as having a heated pool. I have a print of the screen that proved that it was but she was unable to open the PDF and word documents that I sent. I notice now that the website has been changed.
In addition to this issue, the WIFI never worked, there were electrical problems, the windows leaked when it rained. Basics that should be provided in a luxury villa but weren’t included a corkscrew, tea towels, washing up liquid and sponge, dishwasher tabs. There were some other issues which occurred but these were resolved by local management after a few days.
Following the holiday and the inability of the local ORUC management to resolve the main issues, I chased up the issues with Navine again. Navine offered a week's free accommodation in the winter months, “as a good will gesture”. This, unfortunately was an empty offer, as the flights for 5 people go up massively at this time of year and the weather would not be hot, which was a large part of why we travel abroad once a year. No other compensation was forthcoming as I expected.
Without these (mostly niggling) issues I would have given the property 4 or 5 out of 5. With these issues not being resolved, I can only give it 2 out of 5 – That’s how disappointed I am.
