About this house rental
Nestled in Ledge Point, this lovely house for $175 per night is a great option for your next break. Resort-style accommodation in the beautiful seaside town of Ledge Point. This well presented 3 bedroom Villa has all the comforts of home including reverse cycle air-conditioning and would suite families wanting to get away from it all. The property has two nice size TV's (one is a smart TV so there wont be any arguments with the kids. The property also features free wifi. The Village boasts a swimming pool-opening 23/09/2023 and tennis courts, table tennis (rackets & balls to be supplied by guests) and a games room (MUST REGISTER WITH CARETAKER @ UNIT 10). Located right on the beach front in Ledge Point. This property only sleeps 8 guests as per the booking terms and conditions and sorry No Pets. Book now to avoid disappointment. Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. No garage access at property. Sorry, no school leavers bookings or under 25 Adult groups unless approved by owner. Guests to provide their own sheets and towels - Linen hire available on request Porta cot & high chair hire available on request Ledge Point is a charming fishing village located 10 minutes drive south of Lancelin. Ledge offers beautiful sugary-white beaches stretching for as far as the eye can see. The village was established to service the local cray fishing industry and has evolved into a beautiful beach-side getaway. Ledge offers an interesting mix of traditional and modern beach house, chalet, caravanning and camping accommodation. This part of WAs coast is recognised internationally as one of the great windsurfing venues. Sport and entertainment in the village centres on the Country Club, with its golf course, bowling greens and tennis facilities. Just south of the village is where the Dutch East Indies ship, the Vergulde Draeck, or Gilt Dragon, went down after striking reefs in 1646. Some 70 mariners were marooned ashore, never to be rescued. Soak up the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Join friends for a game of golf, tennis or lawn bowls before relaxing over drinks, lunch or dinner at the Ledge Point Country Club. Dip the feet, take a swim in waters sheltered by the reefs or walk and enjoy life's simple pleasures. Hang out the rods for some serious beach fishing. A myriad of experiences, for the both the young and not-so-young, is on offer in Lancelin - just a short drive to the north. In order to address Coronavirus ( COVID-19) concerns this property receives a deep cleaning and disinfection after each stay.

It was a great place with a nice view! Owner need to be more generous ! We have to provide our own sheets and towel and cleaning product ! There was no coffee and tea!! A basic stuff which you find in any rental place! Spend some money dude! And cleaning charge was so expensive !!!

Ledge Point and the house were great however we were super disappointed to find the pool and games room closed 'due to COVID', and very disappointed the ad was not updated to mention this, and still has not been (we were told it will be closed until summer). Our young kids were very disappointed as booking a holiday with a pool was our one prerequisite.Nonetheless, we had a lovely stay. The house is well equipped for cooking in and lounging around. Leah, our manager, was really responsive and helpful. The kids (5 and nearly 3) in particular loved Caladenia mini golf (25 min drive) and sandboarding at the Lancelin sand dunes (15 min drive).In addition to bringing sheets and towels, don't forget bath mats, hand towels, toilet paper etc.Note that Ledge point phone and WiFi reception is almost nil, so you can't rely on google maps when approaching the property. (The house WiFi worked fine once we found the house.)We did have a couple of other unfortunate incidents but they likely couldn't be helped - the smart TV did not work for our entire stay, and the master bed fire alarm went off twice during the night while we were sleeping. There was also a loud vibrating noise outside the master window for much of our last night; its cause to this day leaves us dumbfounded! Leah was sympathetic and tried her best by getting a TV repairer, who could not solve the TV issue.

Fantastic ocean views
Fantastic property. Stunning ocean views. Lots of room. Everything you needed was there. Would have been better if we were advised that the swimming pool and games room were closed due to Co-vid. But not sure why as there weren’t many people about at all. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we will book again for a girls weekend trip

Loved this place
We wanted a nice relaxing break and this villa helped us do just that. We were greeted by Karen who was so friendly and helped us settle in. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and baking and very clean. The villa was really well presented and my family and i will definitely stay here again!

Dirty & Cold
Debbie who checked us in was wonderful. The front & back screen doors fell off when we opened them. The downstairs area smelt badly of dogs. There were urine stains on the mattress protectors and mouse droppings on pillows & in the pantry. Silverfish were also in the pantry. Not enough dishwashing liquid for our 3 day stay and no soap for toilets. No heating or cooling so the place was extremely cold. No access to the garage so you need to park outide which we were not told of in advance and had motorbikes on a trailer that we couldn't put in a secure area. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery & utensils. The view was exceptional and the rooms large.

A great place to escape to in Ledge Point
Excellent location and the shared facilities (tennis court, pool, foosball table) together with the on-site cafe and neighbouring playground make it a great spot for families.
Heaps of space inside and the kitchen is well equipped. Good play areas outside, and is an easy walk to the shops and to the beach.
A great place to catch up on some rest and relaxation!

Everything was excellent Thank you. Only one minor issue being gas bottle was empty but not a drama.

Disappointing
It was freezing, we expected it to be cold but it was worse becuase the small heater in the property shorted out the power on our first night. So we had lights but no other power so no tea, coffee, TV, fridge, etc and we were told by the property manager that they could not come out till the next morning to fix it. Turns out the switches are in the locked garage we could not access. Mould on the ceiling in the kitchen i would say is a health hazard. Property would probably be better in summer although we would not stay again.

Clean Comfy Villa
We stayed at Ledge point villa 5 over the Australia day long weekend. The villa was clean comfortable and in a fantastic location being close to the beach and with the villa being opposite the swimming pool it was great for the kids. The staff at country values were pleasant and made whole booking process easy. Totally recommend for a weekend away
