Situated in Lancelin, this lovely house for $298 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Sand Dunes is the perfect family holiday house Sand Dunes is located in a beautiful, sheltered location with an expansive vista of the iconic Lancelin sand dunes and just a short 50 metre stroll to the beach. Once you walk through the doors of this well-appointed property there is a huge living and dining area with kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and bathroom overlooking the main living area. The large balcony at the front of the property has couches and bar table to enjoy the great views of the dunes. The rear of the property has a large covered patio area where you can BBQ and relax after a big day at the beach. A large outside games room features small pool table, TV and another set of beds, no bathroom or toilet in games room. The enclosed yard and lawn area is ideal for the family pet (Outside Only & $500 Pet Bond Applicable). This property has so much to offer and will leave guests with beautiful memories and timeless experiences when in Lancelin. Those who choose to stay can unplug, relax and unwind in a beautiful environment that will have friends and families not wanting to leave and will showcase the romance and charm Lancelin has become famous for. Sand Dunes represents as one of the premium properties in Lancelin. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. LOUD NOISE, PARTIES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE, AS PER OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF YOUR NEIGHBORS AND THE OWNERS PROPERTY. NOISE ISSUES WILL BE REFEREED TO THE POLICE. PLEASE KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM BETWEEN 10PM AND 8AM. ( 9AM SUNDAY AND P/H) This property strictly sleeps a maximum of 12 people. No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property. Guests are to supply their own sheets and towels - Linen hire available on request. Bedding configuration is: Main House Bed 1: Queen bed with ensuite Bed 2: Queen bed and 1 x single bunk beds Bed 3: Queen bed Outside in Games room: 2 x tribunks (double on bottom & single on top) & 1 double bed. Check in time is 2pm unless prior arrangement has been made. No school leavers or under 25 adult groups. Porta cot and high chair available on request. Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognised venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing. The bay of Lancelin is by far it's best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities. We had a fantastic weekend, and the home lived up to its expectations. Close to the sand dunes, the beach, town. So much room in the home - enough to accomodate a few families and the kids loved the rear games room with the pool table! Huge back yard, and friendly neighbours who didn't mind our kids using their tree swing out the front. Definitely stay here again.

We have a great weekend at the house, house was awesome and had plenty of room. The older kids stayed in the games rooms which was perfect. Location is good, close to everything. Will definitely be back to stay here again.

The microwave was broken so we couldn't heat up our meals and the DVD player was also broken. The description told us we all had to bring our own linen however when we arrived all beds had them provided which was a little annoying. Other from that the house was perfect for the weekend we were planning

Beautiful home and great surroundings love how the sand dunes are across the road from the house it’s a perfect for glamping if you love 4x4 and a hot shower! Only thing is they need to fix the shower the pressure is t very good but over all great!

We always love staying at this property it has something for everyone. The dunes are across the road and the beach is around the corner. Walk to the local pubs.The house is well equipped. Back yard is great for the kids. The back room with the pool table kept the kids and adults busy. Look forward to returning soon.

Fantastic location, close to everything, great sized and beautiful accommodation. It would have been nice for there to have been at least one full length mirror or a mirror in each room so guest can get ready in their own rooms after showering to minimise time spent in the bathroom as 12 people needing to shower daily. There were some dirty plates in the cupboard with caked on pasta sauce, which made us want to wash all dishes before eating. Also a broom wouldn’t have gone atsray. Otherwise we really enjoy the stay.

We stayed here and booked very last minute following travel plan changes to kalbarri after cyclone serous. So lucky to find this house as it accommodated our large group perfectly. We loved that there were so many spaces to hang out whether this all be on the balcony, out the back having a bbq, playing cards and family dinners at the huge dining table or game nights on the couch or enjoying a game of pool. Shame we didn’t take our fur babies as they would have loved the large grassed backyard area. Would highly recommend!
