Located in the beautiful Pointe Royale Golf Resort, everything you need is here to have a great vacation. We are located directly on Lake Taneycomo. Watch the fly fisherman from our screened in back deck, or try your skills at fly fishing. Lake Taneycomo is known from some of the finest trout fishing anywhere in the world! We offer a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals with your friends and family. Retreat to one of the 2 king bedrooms or the open loft upstairs with 2 full beds. We have provided comfortable mattresses for that perfect nights sleep. So many amenities in the resort! Start the day with a workout in our fitness facility, or walk the gorgeous neighborhood. Take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pool. If you need more, we have golf, tennis, basketball, a playground, and a dog park. Don't wait, book your stay now! *Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors in the condo. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee. Location to Branson Amenities 4 miles/9 minutes to The Strip 2 miles/9 minutes to Fall Creek Marina-great place to rent a boat for Lake Taneycomo 5 miles/12 minutes to The State Park Marina- great place for boat rental on Table Rock Lake 8 miles/15 minutes to Silver Dollar City 8 miles/19 minutes to Branson Landing On Location-Swimming, tennis, basketball, fishing, playground, bar and grill, dog park, and golfing. Golfing requires extra fees at the golf shop. We are a second level condo- The property entrance is only accessible by stairs We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee -Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. -Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster -Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started. -Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest. -Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams. -Please leave the home picked up and games put away.

The location is close to everything but also far enough out to avoid a lot of the heavy traffic. Our condo was in a cove off of lake Taneycomo. Because it was Late fall/Winter we had a good view of the water. We took a very short walk to the edge of the water and immediately wished we had brought our fishing poles. It was perfect trout fishing weather and the bank is very decent for shore fishing. The condo was clean and decently equipped. I suggest checking out what cooking supplies (pots, pans etc) are provided BEFORE heading to the store. We made due with what was provided, improvised some, and made it all workable. The only issue we really had was the hot water. It definitely was in short supply. I did let the property owner/manager know so I am sure it will be addressed and quickly taken care of because 5 min of hot water for 8 people isn’t fun. That being said, we enjoyed our stay in Branson and Lakeside Loft was very charming.

We brought our daughter and a few of her friends to Branson for her 16th Birthday. This condo was perfect for the 6 of us. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and it had all the comforts of home. We have stayed at several Point Royal condos and this was the best one yet! Thank you!

Our accommodations were perfect! The night guard recommended the restaurant at Point Royale for breakfast and it did not disappoint! We also visited Vintage Paris for coffee - delicious and the Hungry Hunter for cinnamon rolls.

We enjoyed a great week exploring the Branson area and just being together having fun with all of the extras that were available with this rental property. There was lots to do and tons of great food nearby. The house was very clean and comfortable for 7 of us. The owners provided everything needed to enjoy the stay. We will definitely be back!

All of our activities were only a short drive (5-15 mins) away. Home was clean & plenty of supplies (TP, enough coffee for a couple days, towels, etc) were included. Gated community felt safe, & the view behind our unit was beautiful!

We loved our Christmas vacation at the Lakeside Loft! The Christmas tree was up and provided a wonderful gathering place for our family! We absolutely LOVE the location!! It is a perfect blend of the natural beauty Branson has to offer with the fun shows and shopping. The beds are comfy! The sheets are so soft. The kitchen provided everything we needed. We could not have asked for more! The view of Lake Taneycomo out the back of the condo is beautiful and pristine. We can't wait to come back again!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was great for a girls’ trip. It would be nice to have Kleenex in each bathroom & wall hooks in the bathrooms, bedrooms & entryway as well. Also, the fan in the master bedroom was very dirty.

Great property with plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to get a good night’s rest after a full day. Beautiful grounds and the kids loved swimming at the pool each day. The location was great too - off the beaten path but close enough to everything we needed. Would definitely book again!

The condo was very clean and has beautiful furnishings. We had six grandkids with us us ages 7-18. The little ones enjoyed the pool and the others loved fishing in the lake just behind the condo. They all said they would love to video t again next year.

This property is in the best building in the entire community. It is located at the very back and has great views of Lake Taneycomo. Lovely pool and facilities. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week in Branson.

The condo was just as advertised or maybe even better. Everything was very clean and in working order. The view from the balcony area is beautiful. We enjoyed waking up to the ducks and geese each morning. Everything we needed including shampoo, soap, and coffee. Highly recommended.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and about 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City. My grandchildren really enjoyed the indoor pool. Our condo was waterfront, and I enjoyed seeing the water and the wildlife. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you would need. Brenda was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!! It was lovely!!
