Spread out and enjoy your very own sunny 6-bedroom, 4-bath pool home in the prestigious guard gated resort community of Windsor Hills just 2 miles from Disney. Newly upgraded in 2020, this charming, fun villa is loaded with 4 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 twin over full bunk bed, and can easily accommodate 15 people in spacious comfort. It is ideal for sharing with your extended family and friends. There is one king bedroom with its adjacent bathroom on the 1st floor. Others are on the 2nd floor. The open plan, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area is perfect for sharing meals together. The private screened sparkling pool and bubbling hot spa, the shaded lanai and pool side loungers let you experience some Florida lifestyle. You and your family can have hours of fun outside and take home hundreds of happy memories under the sun. This villa features: (1) 6 bedrooms each with premium furniture, top end bedding, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. Linens provided. (2) 4 bathrooms with hair dryers and plenty of towels. (3) Spacious family room with entertainment center, Sony Playstation II, Stereo, DVD player. (4) Formal living room. (5) Fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances and plenty of cookware. Refrigerator with water/ice maker, smooth top range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster. (6) Breakfast table next to kitchen and breakfast bar. The clubhouse has a video game arcade, pool table and other game tables, fitness center, a movie theatre, huge comfortable lounges, and a sundry shop. The resort has 2 tennis courts, a volleyball court, basketball court, also features a putting green and a the castle-themed kids’ playground too. Nothing in this area has what Windsor Hills has to offer. Windsor Hills resort is located in the heart of Orlando Disney area. Water heater broke. Smell swampy. Dirty stained carpet. Pool had growth in. No hot water for 5 of 7days we rented. Owner told us to leave. Garage sale appliances. No fridge shelves. Stove burnt inside. Coffee pot leaked all over. Dishwasher didn't clean, so we had to wash by hand. Beds creaked. Tech told us not to use dryer as venting was disconnected and line full of lint. TVs where 20 years old and we could only get 1to work. Horrible experience. Owner hung up on us. No rental license posted. Owner's management rep. Also said she quit and not to text her again. We want/expect a full refund on home rental.

We were at our rental house for about 6 weeks. The house manager was very nice and responded quickly to all of our needs. The cleaning staff could have done a better job the windows were dirty and also the floor boards were very dusty and dirty. The resort was nice all the people were very friendly. However if you wanted to go down to the pool you needed to be there when it opened in the morning to get a spot to sit. You are suppose save chairs, but there were towels all over on the chairs people were already saving spots for hours it was very difficult to get anywhere to sit around the pool. Nobody forced the pool rules. Our neighbors were loud and yelling at their kids. He had introduced himself as the owner of that property. They were loud past 11 and one time his wife and her friend must have been drinking as they walked right into our place realized they were in the wrong house and turned around left without even apologizing or saying a word and was laughing about it. He also parked his black truck across the driveway blocking the side walk for 3 days. Which was never moved. Our only big complaint is be next to very inconsiderate people.

I would describe the house as a well used rental home. There were a few stains on the carpet but it didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves! The pictures seemed more impressive then the property itself. The only safety concern we had was that the lounge chairs near the pool were rusty at the bottom, putting our children at risk of injury so we just moved those aside. The pool management team came in a timely manner to address the situation we had. Overall a spacious rental property that had a few flaws and has been well used!

I did not contact the property manager because our issues pertained mostly to cleanliness. The house was extremely dirty. The dishwasher had a foul odor, there was food and alcohol in the pantry from prior guests. There were toys from prior guests left under the dining room table. The game room games were not operational. The bath tubs had water rings and the shower liners had horrible soap scum. The bottom floor bathroom toilet seat kept sliding off. I was exceptionally disappointed. I would have left and found another place to stay if I would have been able to get a refund. I do not recommend this property.

I stayed for 7 days with my family, the attention was very good, but the house was very dirty, it needs a deep cleaning, the mattress had bed fleas and the whole house was very dirty, I had to clean it because I had my children, hopefully and the owner care more attention in the cleanliness of that place.

My family and myself had a wonderful stay at Windsor, Hills. I had 8 grandchildren and 3 couples plus myself. Bedrooms for all adults as well as bedrooms for children. Great pool area. The children loved the pool table and ping pong table. Lots of areas in the house. The community water slide park was terrific.

This house was very functional for our group of 9 adults and 4 children with room to spare. The pool was a nice touch and the neighborhood amenities were great. Couldn't ask for a better location with easy access to groceries, shopping, and all the theme parks

We had an awesome stay. There was initial issues with the pool but it was resolved. We submitted both drivers for three vehicles and because only one was put into the system, this caused a huge headache for my daughter. She was traveling without her husband and only his name was on the reservation for the vehicle. I think this could be solved easily by including both drivers, if submitted, to the check in area. She was quite frustrated due to having a set of twins in the car who were very very tired from the long trip. She had to circle the house where you check in three times before they let her through the gate. One man in particular, was very rude and ugly. The rest of the folks were very very nice. We would absolutely stay again it Windsor hills!

The home was large enough for my families trip however we needed to get paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper among other common household items. There was also a bag of trash found within the garage thay had bugs all around it. The "game room" lacked the proper equipment, such as paddles and ping pong balls in order to use the equipment in there.

My family and friends stayed at the six bedroom house for five nights. The purpose of our trip was a dance convention for our teenage girls.
We all loved the property and had a wonderful time. It was very clean and well equipped. We used the kitchen for all meals and spent time in the pool and games room. We couldn’t have asked for a better property. Even though the girls were older they loved the themed bedrooms!

The Renter was great communicating and answering any questions I had. If I had to say anything bad about this property or experience it would be the checking in process at guard gate and the limitations on how many cars can be parked at one address and having to find parking which led to 2 of my guest cars to be towed.

We were not able to use the pool because it was cloudy and green. When brought to the owners attention out was blamed on a storm even though all the other pools in the area were beautiful. We will never stay in this property again.
