About this condo rental

This modern, spacious apartment with secure underground parking is located in the heart of the city centre; whilst also overlooking the River Clyde. Located just behind the St. Enoch Shopping Centre and Argyle Street, Glasgow’s premier shopping district, the apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the Merchant City and many of the finest restaurants and bars in Glasgow. The apartment is perfectly located to provide accommodation for the Commonwealth Games, offering easy access to many of the event venues. The apartment offers a spacious living/dining room/kitchen with patio doors leading to a balcony, which has panoramic views overlooking the River Clyde and many of the finest architectural buildings in the city. The large lounge and dining area has two large sofas, along with a dining table and chairs. The apartment also has a basic Sky TV package, which can be viewed in both the master and twin bedrooms in addition to the main living room. There is free, fibre optic WiFi too, provided by Hyperoptic at a rate of 50Mb. The master double bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with w/c. The second twin bedroom has two single beds. One additional guest can be accommodated using a sofa bed available for use in the living room. In total the apartment can sleep a family of five making it a very cost effective and flexible apartment for families and groups. Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties. A large family bathroom and large entry hallway with double-doors leading to the main living space and storage cupboards, complete the accommodation. Access to the property is via the secure entry door system with security codes and keyfob entry system. Lift access is available from 3 entry doors on Dunlop Street. A concierge service is also available weekdays from 9am until 5pm and 24 hour CCTV monitoring. The apartment is well serviced with public transport and by the motorway network. With Glasgow Central and Queen Street mainline train stations only a 10 minute walk, there are also two underground stations (St. Enoch and Argyle Street) close by and direct access to the main bus routes through the City Centre. The Apartment can also be accessed easily from the M8, M77 and M74 extension; and both Glasgow and Prestwick airports are easily accessible. A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager. Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed. The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already. A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival. Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am. Please note, if you require the sofa bed to be made up and have not booked for the maximum number of guests, there will be an additional charge. Sleeping Arrangements One king master bedroom with en suite, one twin room, and one sofa bed in the living area (sleeping one guest). The apartment is very conveniently located in city centre, with restaurants, pubs, shopping, bus and train stations nearby. Great view of the river, very comfortable, and clean! The property manager could not have been more accommodating by letting us drop off our bags early while the apartment was being cleaned, and also giving us wonderful recommendations during our stay in Glasgow. Highly recommend staying here!!

Fantastic apartment in a great location. We stayed for two nights, the description of the property is extremely accurate. Thomas the host couldn't have been more helpful, would highly recommend this place. The added bonus of car parking beneath the building saved us a fortune in fees too.

Spacious, clean and amazing view of the River Clyde; the balcony looking out was fantastic! The location with all the shops, restaurants and especially the link to all transportation so close by. I particularly appreciated the friendliness, availability and professionalism of the owner!! Met us coming and going, so helpful!

A great spot in a fantastic location, making everything in the city accessible! The home itself was comfortable and more spacious than expected, the host himself was super helpful and incredibly pleasant, but the view from the balcony was a sight to behold. A great location for a quick weekend getaway or a foreign traveler!

Views wonderful. Fantastic host when we arrived and left. The apartment was spotless and the views from the balcony were great. We were able to sit and watch the world go by. Highly recommended.
