Great location and the unit is near the back of the block, so quiet at night
The unit is quite small. Not an issue for a short stay if there are two of you. However for a longer stay it can feel a bit tight.

The location was great, the apartment was very clean and had everything you need. The host was wonderful, and check-in was very easy. I would give this apartment 1,000 stars! ๐
There was an unpleasant odour in the second bedroom.

Location
The space looks nicer in the photos. It could do with a fresh coat of paint and some renovation. The furniture needs a deep clean. There are visible stains on the couch and dining chair upholstery. I had to drape a blanket on the couch to sit on it. The couch was also very uncomfortable and would depress significantly when sat on.
There are black (mould/ mildew) stains around the bathroom caulk as well as the washing machine door seal.
