Happy with everything. Plenty of room to have our Thanksgiving meal at the house. Easy to walk downtown to enjoy the Christmas lights.

The house was very clean. We arrived after dark and could not see a house number making it a bit difficult to identify. It also would have been helpful to have lighting around the porch area to assist with unlocking the door. House was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Would definitely book again.

Roomy , great area BUT most of light bulbs were burnt out or yellow and beds were terrible. The space itself was great but no one had a good night of sleep during our trip . Property owners were responsive and easy to deal with, but their property needs some love.

‘Updated’ was a misnomer. Leaky faucets, tubs VERY difficult to step over. And water pressure was zilch!!! Locale was good, and living space was ample. Could use better lighting. Mattresses were a bit soft. Price was good.

Our stay was for family (all from different states) to come to together to visit my mother (in a nursing home in Centerton) to discuss her Plan of Care. The location was perfect, size of home was perfect, and cleanliness perfect. .

There were at least 3 light bulbs out, the towel rack in one of the masters along with bar in the shower both fell off and had to put back on. The furnishings were dated in some of the bedrooms. The neighborhood is in transition. It was so difficult to back out of the driveway due to the neighbor across the street with 5 vehicles and sometimes up to two large cargo trailers. We did enjoy all the square footage the home had to offer as well as having two masters.

This house in Bentonville was great for our group. We had 3 couples and 3 young children. It was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The rooms were well appointed. It was close to Crystal Bridges Museum and Amazeum which was the kids favorite. I would highly recommend this home especially for a larger group.

Met all our needs. Close to our daughter in cave springs and to crystal bridges. Would have liked instructions on how the tvs worked. Plenty of space for all of us. Would come again.

We loved the location and that it accommodated a group of our size (8-10). The fold out couch was fine for the youngest couple that only stayed one night but would not have been for long term, fyi. It doesn't lay flat, and as with most hideaways very thin. That being said, it's a great deal and has plenty of room for enjoyment with a larger group.

Great communication with the owner. Kitchen looked almost new and spotless. Great place for cooking or grilling meals if your so inclined to cook. Nice size family table we could all sit around and enjoy our meals. Two very nice size master bedrooms with baths and two other bedrooms.

We rented this location thinking it would minimize drive times to the gravel and mtn bike rides - what we found is that we didn’t have to drive at all! The Crystal Bridges trail head is less than a mile and gravel roads to Pea Ridge are just down the street - it was awesome. The house was perfect for this adventure as well, the garage made the bike and ride prep easy. We chose this house because we wanted nice but not “too nice” - every thing was super comfortable. If I were going back this week I would pack some grill tools, my non-stick cookware and a cheese slicer. Everything else was on point. Bottom line - we would book the house again for our next visit to Bentonville.

The layout of this house was wonderful for our group of six (three couples). Each couple had a private bedroom and bathroom. The open floor plan allowed us to easily see the living room and tv while cooking and sitting at the dining table. Great location in a nice neighborhood just a mile from Crystal Bridges. Our only complaints: one of the bathtub/shower drains was clogged with hair. We cleaned it. We ended up buying a large fry pan to use. Of the two provided, one was too small and one was rusted.
