It takes me to walk to Messe Munich for only 4-5 min. This is great! The room was very simple and clean, I stayed comfortable with a nice quiet environment. We can get to train station within 3 min. We can buy groceries nearby and various restaurants are there, so that we can have lunch and/or dinner with friends and customers if you want to.

There was nothing particular for me.

the cleaners everything was new

The owner Tom was so humble and friendly he provided everything needed. Even he placed fresh fruits and a bottle of champagne on the table as a great welcome gift. i definitely recommend this place especially if it has access to a very big shopping mall and the Metro is just 2 minutes walking distance. it's a must apartment to rent until you get settled down in Munich.

Commute to the fair grounds is the only good thing to mention.

The over all cleanliness was very poor. The floor was dirty, towels and bed sheets were slightly smelly, on the balcony were old ripped towels and cleaning products and in the kitchen cabinets you could find dirty wine glasses. The quality of the matresses was not satisfying at all. On Booking there was a mountain view indicated which makes no sense. Since indicated on booking.com we asked for parking possibilities which got offered at 25€ a day in the building. We ended up paying 100€ from Monday to Saturday which needed to be paid immideatly and there was no room for the host to wait until we could pull the money out of the atm. A receipt could not be provided at the time of the payment. Instead we had to wait 7 days for this. This place should definatly not be listed for families. There was no space for a stroller, not even mentioning the suitcases.

The location was perfect for work, very close to the shops & restaurants with a cafe downstairs for breakfast. The room was clean and tidy.

Need extra staff at the cafe downstairs for breakfast. Long queues and it is evident that the staff needs help and under a lot of stress. There were days when only one staff was serving breakfast downstairs. Also, need a kettle in the room.

I already stayed when it open, new and enough to sleep on a little one bed.

Compare to previously the room was really dirty, there was hair in the bottom of the cupboard ( pubis hair ? ) Under the table there was crumbs of food ( I have picture if you wish ) And outside on the balcony a lot of cleaning item just disposed on the floor. It look like I had the room of the housekeeping team. As there is no-one to complain I did stay in that room. Reception time are supposed to be from 8am to 8pm ( but in the morning for the iron I try to go to reception but from 9am to 12am no-one). The Iron was not working (can arrive no blame on that), so I had to ask the cleaning lady that nicely send me away because I did not speak english. I had to put a translation on my phone to ask them to help me to get me one or exchange with one of the room. After going at their stock, and an other room and going floor to floor they finally managed to provide me with one but not with pleasure or éther smile, I could literally feel that I was taking some of their spare time. Plus as they smoke there is a smell of smoke in the corridor, and within their clothes. It is the second time I am coming as I am going there every year for the fair, and I previously really like it but now I found my room to be disgusting.

Nice clean rooms - we were allocated 3 different apartments to hopefully add to the comfort for our men

Rooms far too small and far too hot. We were told there were 3 single beds in each room when in fact there were bunk beds and a sofa bed in each. NO air con so really uncomfortable for sleeping in. For these reasons we would not stay again.

Pillows are so thin. Blanket not clean as it smells. Kitchen utensils are not enough for 2 person. One of my colleague came back with patches on his hair, complaining the patches itch. Doctor could not diagnose the cause.
