Had a blast. The house is in a great location with close proximity to restaurants and highways. We unfortunately didn’t see Charlie’s ghost but there were some lights turned on that we definitely had turned off. The house had plenty of activities to keep us occupied during the rain. Would recommend to anyone staying in Shreveport.

Some friends and I stayed for a tennis tournament and had a blast. The house is close proximity to restaurants, bars and highways. We unfortunately did not see Charlie's (friendly) ghost but some lights were on that we had previously turned off. The house had plenty of activities to keep us occupied including the arcade with thousands of games. Would recommend to anyone and stay again.

Stayed there for 2 weeks on a work call with 3 other co workers. Had great parking in the front and the back of the property for all of us. There was a lot of amenities in the home to entertain yourself and was definitely fun. It is close to downtown and a few local breweries as well. Great stay

Stayed with some childhood friends and we had a blast. We usually stay at casinos but wanted to try something different. House is older but well kept and check in was a breeze. Had everything advertised and in working order with everything you needed for ping pong, pool etc. The arcade was awesome for us growing up in the 80’s getting to play games we played when teenagers. Casino was a short ride or $8 Uber or $16 for XL. The only downside was poor hot water pressure in upstairs master bath, but definitely planning on staying there again.

Overall this was the best property I’ve booked for our family ever. Only 2 minor suggestions I would offer. The ice maker wasn’t working but it wasn’t a big enough deal for me to alert the property manager. The second is the master bed box springs is extremely noisy and needs to be replaced. 5/5 would highly recommend.

The Fun House!

Great house!
House was very spacious and comfortable for my family. My boys LOVED the game room and ping pong table outside. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Nice old house. Needs a a few fixes and upgrades but a lot of cleaning!
Dishes in dish washer hadn’t been run. We had to wash dishes before we could cook breakfast! The downstairs half bath door does not lock and there is no where to hang a towel for hand washing and wiping!
Parking was good except to park in the drive in the back we had to walk around the front to get in the house as the keyless entry on back door didn’t work!
Kids enjoyed the games and pool table and ping pong table.
Won’t be back unless there are improvements!

Renter Beware!!!!
We were greeted with a dead roach in the kitchen cabinet. The kitchen was gross; grease dripped from the exhaust fan over the stove. Dishwasher did not work and had dirty dishes in it when we arrived. Mattress in the master bedroom is old and worn out. Maintenance and cleaning failed to show after being requested.
Beware of the property management company Evolve. They did not show customer care after the stay.

Fun, exciting and plenty of space
My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in Shreveport. We had an amazing dinner at the Saltgrass restaurant, thank you for letting us spend our time there and it was perfect only 20 minutes away from his brothers wedding 😊

If you are a craft beer fan, you can not find a better location. Thus house is a three minute walk to Great Raft Brewery.

We were in town for my sons tournament & had extended family with us. The house was large enough & everything was just as described. Thanks for a great stay.

1st timers
It was so nice having a house to come home to on our vacation. Rooms were nice and large. We really enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table and darts. It was not the cleanest, and did not have good response time with house keeping and problems were never fixed. I think we would try it again just knowing I would need bring bleach, clorox wipes and gloves.

In need of some general maintenance and loving care.
Although the grass was cut on Tuesday, we arrived on Monday to knee-high grass in the front yard (I kid you not). Not a good first impression. The front porch was extremely dirty with dead bugs, spiders, dirt and cob webs. A heavy duty extension cord came from a locked back door/room on the house, ran across the yard on the ground and through the fence next door. As much standing water after the rain that we encountered, someone could get electrocuted. Downstairs bath: toilet handle falls off, lights out, toilet seat extremely lose and due to the design of bathroom, you have to turn sideways to use that toilet. End board on pool table fell off on a child's foot (no injuries but it could have been). Dishwasher handle comes off. Bathroom at top of stairs: lights out, bath tub dirty with hair and scum and that shower contraption and the curtains installed around the tub are safety hazards. Not at all user friendly for me as a senior citizen and small children. Had the house been cleaned? I think not, according to any reasonable standards. The house has an old and musty smell and needs airing out or repainted inside or something. We did enjoy the games though. My overall personal opinion is, those conditions I described are unacceptable and not the the way I chose to live. Therefore, I would not recommend that house to anyone. The picture is definitely deceiving and the owner should be ashamed charging rent until it's been brought up to reasonable living standards. It could be a beautiful home but, there's no doubt that the house needs work done on it.

Cute, fun, and relaxing
We stayed while playing in a soccer tournament in town. It was a great house for kids, very entertaining and was central of all fields we had to play on. Rooms were cozy too!
