About this house rental
Located in North Conway, this charming house for $517 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. We are so happy to offer our home for your family get away. Located just outside of the Village itself, south of Artist's Brook, Sunset Hill Rd rises up past the business district onto the hill facing Southwest to the Moat Mountains. Spend the day exploring the area as the house is centrally located: 11 miles from Attitash, 2 miles from Cranmore & 7 miles from Storyland. Wildcat and Santa's village are about 45-60 minutes away. Into mountain biking? We are. Try exploring North Conway's East Side Trails (2.1 miles). Some other area attractions include rock climbing, golf, mini-golf, hiking, water parks, kayaking, fishing and snowmobiling. Don't forget to take a ride on the historic train or take a moose tour, ya never know, ya might get lucky. Snow on the ground? No problem, just pull right into the garage, unload your equipment and step on into the mudroom. There is parking for two cars in the garage and parking for two-three additional cars in the driveway area. You will love the main level. Prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen or grill outside on the deck. Reconnect with your friends and family around the dinning room table, there's plenty of room! Relax on the couch and enjoy the sweeping view, that improves as the leaves fall, from the huge sliders or go right out to the deck. Retire to one of 5 bedrooms. Jewel's Crown has a king bed with it's own En Suite bathroom. Rocky's Retreat features a Queen Bed and large closet. Otto's Launch Pad has a queen bed, and Otto' s Crash Pad has a double with vintage posters on the walls. There are 3 additional queen beds in the lower level suite with ensuite bathroom. Kids Zone - ready for some quiet time? Send the kids downstairs to the walk-out Lower Level. Interior stairs bring you to a family room with a cozy gas fireplace. There is sleeping for 6 in 3 bunk-beds. A full-bath is also located on this level. Walk-out to the backyard and enjoy the patio area. The washer and dryer are also located on this level. The bathrooms are stocked with towels, wash cloths and soaps. Washer and dryer are also on site for your convenience and use. A coffee and tea selection is also available with various ways to sweeten your morning brew and non-dairy creamer to get you started. We provide individual condiments & sugar packets, spices, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, food storage, cooking oil/spray. We strive to make your vacation memorable and stress free. Perfect location. Close to everything but off the busy roads. House layout is great for extended or multiple families.

The house was plenty large enough for all of us. The house wasn't dirty, but wasn't real clean either. Driveway was biggest concern. Tough to get in and out of with any amount of snow. Very steep. Would have been nice if hot tub and fireplace were operational.

Overall this is a Great house. It is a situated right in Conway and close to everything we wanted to do. The house upon check in was extremely clean. We were a group of 11 who get together every year for Friendsgiving. The fact that the table did not have enough chairs (one of the chairs had the pad nails pocking through and could not be used to sit on without a pillow) for us all to fit around was disappointing (the table was big enough just not enough chairs). In addition, there were only 9 forks. I would have thought a house that shows it can accommodate 18 + people would have had more tableware. Some of the beds were very squeaky which caused some complaints. I would say overall it was a good stay.

We had a wonderful time. The property has a great location. Close to Story Land and fantastic biking trails. The owner accommodated us and let us check in 2 hours early which was very nice.

Our extended family stayed here to celebrate my mother in law’s retirement. Our group had ages 2-72 and everyone had a great time and had plenty of space. Our host was excellent about communicating as well. Overall it was an enjoyable vacation for all!

This super clean and spacious house was perfect for our three families. All of the rooms were a good size and the four bathrooms were key. Kids had a fun time with the basement level bunk beds and living room TV area. This house had everything we needed in every room. Hopefully we can stay again next year! Thank you!

Myself and 13 other guests fit comfortably in the house and we found the amenities to be sufficient. The property is a short drive from downtown North Conway making the location very convenient. All of the appliances in the kitchen worked great and a keurig coffee maker is included. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this property!

Great home, clean, spacious easy access to local businesses, owners very accommodating, 5 minutes from Cranmore. Disappointing jacuzzi was not up and running which I wasn’t aware. Other than that great place would book again.

We are a group of cardiac icu and hospice nurses, who all grew up together. We try to get away twice a year to spend 4-6 days enjoying some time relaxing and catching up. We have been going to North Conway NH for about 15 years. This house was wonderful. Tons of space for our group of 7, the decor was charming, the living room and dining area were great for being together to hang out, have some yummy meals and our traditional game night! The kitchen has more cooking and convenience supplies than most rental homes do, we brought some of our favorite food prep items with us as we always do because we love to make gourmet meals together, but we didn't need to, this house had a great variety of kitchen tools. The views from the huge sliders are beautiful and the house was warm and cozy. Sagar was awesome to deal with, so helpful, flexible and accommodating, he is a super easy host to work with. We will absolutely return to this property!

The house was great for our needs. Good kitchen with a big table. The downstairs bunk room was perfect for our group of teens who wanted to hang out together. Also, the location is close to the North Conway town center which made it very convenient to get around.

We were walking distance to a cute mini golf/arcade place. The house is so close to settlers green and downtown North Conway! We loved if we needed anything it was a hop, skip and a jump away.
The house was perfect for the whole family and dogs. The kids were able to play inside and out without any worry and with plenty of space. We highly recommend to anyone that has a family and want to spend quality time together in a nice central location!

We booked the same place approximately 9-10 months ago which was one of the reasons why we wanted to book it again. However this time the place was trashed! From the garage, there was a really strong smell of garbage because the trash was not picked up for weeks.We couldn't even use the trash during our stay!The kitchen was fine however the dishwasher was not bolted or the bolts got loose so when we were trying to load it, it felt like it was going to tip over.Living room was an absolute disaster as there were stains dripping down and the carpet was absolutely disgusting. The carpet got to the point where it needs to be replaced.The shades to the porch was falling down as the evening sun was boiling the living room and A/C wasn't performing well because of it.It sleeps 14 but there was definitely not enough towels and the ones provided were not clean. I would NEVER book this place again as we would MUCH RATHER BOOK 2 smaller places than booking this place again no matter how much the cost would be.Truly disappointed.Akin ATA

Great Place for a Big Group
I stayed at this property for 8 days with my extended family. There were 16 of us in total, ranging from 3 months old to 68, and we all loved it! The property was very clean, and the location was great. I did have to contact the owner a couple times, an they very promptly got back to me and addressed the issue.
Would definitely recommend!
