Reception was kind also the cleaners. Location is fine on KAVOS but theres no good beaches to see. Rooms have almost everything.

No wifi at all (they advise me) No curtains on the showers.

Perfect location. The hotel was great. To The pool and beach only few steps. The view of the Window was amazing.

very small things but lack of toilet roll and clean towels smell and noise of Sewerage and no one there to check out so just had to leave the key in the room as we had a flight to catch

It was near to the seaside, the pool with the sunbeds was nice.

there was only 2 chairs in the room for 3. There was little cooking stuff and no dish wash.

Room was clean and spacious, had a nice stand up shower fitted & aircon worked perfectly. Also had a nice view of the beach and pool :)

The bathroom had no door but as it was just me it didn’t really matter that much in terms of privacy. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but you get what you pay for :)

The images advertising the hotel did not match where I actually ended up staying, which was disappointing to start with. My room was on the main road, my window right next to a restaurant and a club, resulting in little to no sleep for the 3 nights I was there. The cleanliness of the room itself was not very good, the bedding was stained with what I want to believe to be rust, the shower curtain was also stained and the shower cubicle took for ever to drain. Had I stayed at the building that I thought I was going to stay, which I later found out to be Atlantis Beach Club and that was by the beach, would have been a different experience. So very misleading, hence my disappointment

Unfortunately it was nothing like the pictures, so unsanitary and not clean at all, the AC was really bad. Nothing was nice about the room at all. The bathroom was disgusting we even had to move rooms because of how loud the clubs were. We were delayed and there was no one at reception. We thought we were stranded..

Beaches kavos pepple

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and to the center of Kavos. We recommend this for anyone visiting Kavos for the first time!

The other occupants were the only trouble for us, because silent hours were not taken account of.

The property is in a good location, minute away from sandy beach and beach bar, with very cheap coffee, soft drinks and beer, and music and relaxing atmosphere. The reception works until 01:00 AM, always available for info, we even got hair dryer from them to use during our stay! Rooms were cleaned every two days, with fresh towels and toiletries. Also, they can arrange transfer to airport for 30€ per person.

Nice pool and beach.

Rooms aren’t nice, you have a stove and fridge but no silverware or pots etc. Kavos in general feels like a tourist place with no local food, nothing to do besides drinking etc.
