Great vaciliteis for the price, good room, pretty spacious. There were a fan and airconditioning, which was great because it was so warm and i was worried that would be an issue, but it was not because of the provided items. Also the tv and coffee machine were unexpected luxury for the price
I could not reach 2 of the windows to close them even with the provided step, which was a problem when it was raining into the room. I am not extremely short. The windows are not easy to handle, as the 2 i could reach i hurt my hand to close them and needed a lot of strength. This was a bit of an issue.

Good location, big room, kettle, fridge and kitchen sink useful.
Not very clean with stains on the walls, hairdryer didn't work very well, the building looks like it's mid-renovation.
