Cozy, private, spacious walk out executive suite in a quiet cul-de-sac location with a private keypad equipped entrance. Reserved driveway parking. A convenient gateway to the mountains! Skip the lineup entering the national park, we have a park pass you may borrow while you stay with us. Fully equipped kitchen complete with all small appliances - microwave, Keurig, french press and drip coffee makers, toaster, blender, beater mixer, Foreman grill and Bullet blender. We also supply basic spices, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, olive oil and some condiments. The dining table seats 4. Stays longer than 5 days may have access to laundry facilities on request. Free WiFi is included. The spacious living area includes Bose stereo, new (Oct 2019) 65” smart 4K TV with Chromecast, Netflix, many cable television channels including movie & sport networks. The seating includes a comfortable reclining leather couch & new queen sized sofa bed, throw blankets to snuggle in. For your enjoyment we supply some games, playing cards and books. The desk features a wireless phone charging lamp and powerbar/surge protector with comfortable leather office chair. Security cameras focused on the driveway and back entrance for your peace of mind and safety. Bathroom complete with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hairdryer, makeup remover wipes, cotton swabs, emergency kit, even a needle, thread and safety pins. The covered patio features a large table and chairs. The yard also features a large hot tub with massaging lounger seat. There is also a cozy fire pit area. The peaceful lot backs onto a green space and small pond. The yard and hot tub are for your use alone when you stay with us. There is a pathway directly behind the house that is lovely for walks or runs. Mountain bikes are available for use upon request. Great commute times to the international airport 10 min, downtown 20 min. Quick access via nearby highway leading west for the scenic drive to Canmore (1 hour) and Banff (1 hour 20min). C-Train (transit) station is a 15 min drive - great to take downtown for the evening to avoid congestion and parking challenges. Happy to offer first responders an appreciation discount. Suite is not suitable for children. No third party bookings allowed.

1st off Rox was fantastic...great communication and very friendly... We stayed two nights before our trip to Banff and will definitely be back for a longer stsy next time...the place was so clean..bed very comfy and the backyard was beautiful!! Thanks for a wonderful stay! D and T

This is one of the most well presented vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. So many thoughtful and tasteful details, like multiple device charging cords, bathrobes, a towel heater, very clean hot tub, and kitchen cupboards well stocked with amenities. Everything is spotless, there is a great view overlooking lawns, trees and a water reservoir, with a great little walking path around it. Situated in the north of Calgary, it’s an easy ten minute drive to Crossiron Mills, the best mall in the city, and also adjacent to a Costco, nice for picking up food supplies if you’re creating your own meals here. The host couple are immediately available, and very accommodating and helpful. Definitely staying here again!

Beautiful clean, comfortable modern cozy getaway. All the added touches where fabulous. The hot tub was great! I really appreciated the hospitality of the wonderful hosts Roxane & Ron. Whom made my stay extra comfortable. I could not have stayed at a better place. I'd love to come back this summer with more time to explore more places to see & do.

This is a great place to stay, complete with a hot tub, fire pit, walking/biking trail access from the backyard. The yard and patio is beautiful and the unit is equipped with lots of convenient extras.

I’m not gonna lie I think just hanging at the rental was the best part of our trip! It was super cozy, it has everything we could possibly need, bed was nice and comfy, the neighborhood was so quite and nice. There were tons of nice little amenities, like the towel warmer, robes, frozen mugs, and so much more! The hot tub was just lovely, and the hosts were so kind and helpful! Best vacation rental I’ve ever had’

Ron and Roxane's place is a great place to stay on the outskirts of Calgary. It was one of the cleanest places I've ever been to, and beyond the advertised amenities (sweet hot tub!) there are thoughtful and useful touches all around the space. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with.

We arrived at this lovely property around 5pm, on snow covered Calgary evening. The check-in process was a breeze as we were walked through everything we needed to know about the property. Rob and Roxane were the ultimate hosts, there for us if we needed anything and yet, completely willing give us all of the privacy we required. Thanks to them, we had our much needed "R&R" time. We will be sure to return and cannot recommend this property to others enough.

Such a lovely property and owners. The space is clean, comfortable and private. All the amenities you may need have been thought of and provided, and the owners are happy to answer any questions you may have. They are also very respectful of your privacy. There is full access to the yard, and the private patio and hot tub were AWESOME! Definitely recommend this place! Will come back! Thanks Roxanne and Ron!

5 stars!! We loved staying here and were very impressed with all the details and effort put into this rental. We had everything we needed and more! The owners were incredibly accommodating and made our stay absolutely wonderful! It was a gorgeous property and the nearby park and walking path was perfect! The home was so well equipped with everything. We were able to do all of our own cooking without needing a single thing. We will definitely be coming back to stay again. Thank you Ron and Roxanne for being such wonderful hosts!
