Cozy, private, spacious walk out executive suite in a quiet cul-de-sac location with a private keypad equipped entrance. Reserved driveway parking. A convenient gateway to the mountains! Skip the lineup entering the national park, we have a park pass you may borrow while you stay with us.
Fully equipped kitchen complete with all small appliances - microwave, Keurig, french press and drip coffee makers, toaster, blender, beater mixer, Foreman grill and Bullet blender. We also supply basic spices, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, olive oil and some condiments. The dining table seats 4.
Stays longer than 5 days may have access to laundry facilities on request. Free WiFi is included.
The spacious living area includes Bose stereo, new (Oct 2019) 65” smart 4K TV with Chromecast, Netflix, many cable television channels including movie & sport networks. The seating includes a comfortable reclining leather couch & new queen sized sofa bed, throw blankets to snuggle in. For your enjoyment we supply some games, playing cards and books. The desk features a wireless phone charging lamp and powerbar/surge protector with comfortable leather office chair. Security cameras focused on the driveway and back entrance for your peace of mind and safety.
Bathroom complete with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hairdryer, makeup remover wipes, cotton swabs, emergency kit, even a needle, thread and safety pins.
The covered patio features a large table and chairs. The yard also features a large hot tub with massaging lounger seat. There is also a cozy fire pit area. The peaceful lot backs onto a green space and small pond. The yard and hot tub are for your use alone when you stay with us. There is a pathway directly behind the house that is lovely for walks or runs. Mountain bikes are available for use upon request.
Great commute times to the international airport 10 min, downtown 20 min. Quick access via nearby highway leading west for the scenic drive to Canmore (1 hour) and Banff (1 hour 20min). C-Train (transit) station is a 15 min drive - great to take downtown for the evening to avoid congestion and parking challenges.

Roxanne and Ron were fantastic hosts, the property was clean and extremely inviting!Very comfortable and spacious with a beautiful view of the park from the hot tub. We went for a relaxation week and were very satisfied- highly recommend

I have a great time relaxing i'm getting refreshed ready for a new school year. I thoroughly enjoyed having the hot tub to relax in. Roxanne and Ron were wonderful hosts checking in to see how things were going, and if there was anything else, I needed. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

This home is beautiful, very clean and has lots of benefits like a full kitchen with everything you need, a comfortable living space and beautifully decorated. There were several items that we would suggest visitors watch carefully. There is strapping on the floor between the kitchen and computer area that is lifting and we got our toe caught on a few times, some of the pieces of flooring are lifting and move under your feet, the shower door that should slide swings back and forth, the toilet seat was sliding sideways the 2 night we were there and rotted right off when we went to close it. We don't recommend trying to move the small black end table in the living room closer to put your drink on as one of the legs is spun loose. The host was working on their updated information for guests and we had to ask for WiFi password, exit instructions, and we were given incorrect information for how to uncover the hottub and were told we broke a fastener, that we still couldn't find what they referred to. They were nice enough when we told them their items broke, said mistakes happen, which was nice, but it would have been nice not to have items that were wearing out that broke under our visit and to feel comfortable that things might break, or to use the hottub more then once out of fear of the wind grabbing the cover again and being concerned they would say we broke something else.There is no lake view, this is a city drain pond, it does have nice walking paths around it!
