Situated in Blue River, this lovely house for $776 per night is a great choice for your next break. Escape to this immaculate 7600sf home in the prestigious Timber Creek Estates just a short five-minute drive to the lifts. Sleeping up to 20 in 8 bedrooms and 2 lofts. THIS LUXURY PRIVATE HOME of three levels is full of wonderful amenities. It consists of 2 lock off sides of the same home. You will be the only guests on the property. GREAT FLOORPLAN FOR GROUPS - The home perfectly blends private suites with the open common areas for the entire group to happily congregate. On the main level the kitchens, dining rooms, and living rooms are all on an open floor plan. The gorgeous living room boasts a 20ft vaulted ceiling and beautiful rock fireplace. Immediately adjacent is the spacious dining area with easy seating for everybody. There are 4 heated garage spaces and parking for 4 additional cars in the driveway. GOURMET KITCHENS: The two large kitchens are straight out of a magazine! Open to both the dining area and great room, the kitchens comes complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all the equipment you’ll ever need to make that fabulous dinner! BEAUTIFUL OUTDOOR BALCONIES: Two large balconies off the back of the home come with large BBQ grills and patio furniture. From here you can enjoy spectacular views of Quandary Mountain (a magnificent 14,000 foot mountain!). TWO OUTDOOR SEVEN-PERSON HOT TUBS: Perfect for enjoying a night in the crisp mountain air. WINTER ACTIVITIES FOR NON-SKIIERS If skiing or snowboarding on 2,208 acres spread across four mountains isn’t enough, here are some other activities to keep your winter vacation in Breckenridge interesting and exciting. Gold Runner Alpine Coaster: This coaster offers a new, thrilling way to get down the mountain. Riders sit in two-seater cars and control their speed around twists and dips on coaster track perched about four feet above the ground. The track meanders through the forest and alongside the ski runs on Peak 8. It’s such a blast, you’ll want to do it again. Store your skis at the entrance and ride in ski boots. Dogsledding: This unique adventure gives you the opportunity to ride in the sled pulled by frisky Siberian huskies and then be the musher who runs the dogs. Guides teach you how. The tour goes for an hour on a plowed track through the woods just outside of town. Snowmobiling: Explore the backcountry on a new 550cc Polaris snowmobile that you drive in one, two, or three-hour tours with Good Times Adventures. These fancy machines are equipped with hand warmers and back rests; snowmobile suits and boots are available for free. Stayed in Blue River for our wedding. Megan's home housed our friends and family easily, and she was very easy to communicate with. It had everything you could need, clean, and the views from the hot tub were beautiful!

Wonderful property! Condo was large and very clean, and kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. Family enjoyed that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Location was beautiful and we saw wildlife in the woods surrounding condo. We saw a fox and we saw a mama Moose and her calf. The family enjoyed the spacious hot tubs. Location was close to all activities but in a quiet development.

We stayed here for our daughter's wedding and it had plenty of room for everyone,. It was very clean and had everything we needed.
The host was very accommodating, we needed a high chair and the ne at the house was broken but she replaced it fir us right away.

I just want to start this review off by saying what an amazing host Megan is. Any issue I had was immediately addressed and she was extremely responsive by text and phone.
The property itself is kept in great condition, as soon as you walk in you can tell that the space is taken care of and not neglected in any way. The furniture isn’t old or worn down and the facilities such as the hot tub are also equally well taken care of.
The only issue I had was during check in when the code to the door didn’t work, but it was resolved in all of 30 second when I reached out to Megan.
I have nothing but great things to say about this property and host. Would highly recommend and look into staying here the next time I plan a trip with a large group!

Property was perfect for a family reunion, lots of space for us to spread out after skiing with the teenagers staying in one basement media room, younger kids watching TV in another basement media room and us adults lounging in the family area.

Our group of 13 had plenty of space in this condo set. The kitchen was well stocked. The towels were very nice. I appreciated the sound machines in the bedrooms. I highly recommend this! Megan was very easy to work with, also.

Great space for a large group
Had a great time during our stay in Breckenridge! We had a large group which the house was very accommodating for that. The only downfalls was the dryers on both side would not dry very well even on high heat and the hot tub on the north side did not work properly. Other than that the house was great and was fully equipped!

Spacious yet needs a facelift
Lots of room for our party of 12 across both rental buildings. Having said that, doubt we'd stay here again as:
[1] responses from Megan were especially challenging (outside of our initial entry) and unfortunately our prescribed access code didn't work a single time for either building during our stay (despite multiple messages to Megan) so we opted to leave the back door unlocked and enter there throughout the weekend.
[2] only one hot tub was clean enough to use and a few doors were off their supports (which we also messaged Megan about -- again with no response)
[3] we witnessed mice on one side of the property (with the requisite mouse traps) which is obviously a bit uncontrollable and being managed.
Overall, this is a very spacious property in a great location that was also clean -- and we were hoping for far more responsiveness from the property manager -- specifically related to our ability to access the rental and clean the hot tub.

We appreciated the extra touches such as "power blocks" on each night stand that have several USB and power cord plugs, sound machine in each room, cozy blankets, etc. We rented both sides and it worked well, even though the two sides are separate - easy to pop between the two. We appreciated that it's located close to Breckenridge, but still felt away from the hub-bub. Several hiking options nearby, lots of choices for our family that included young children, teens, older family members and one very pregnant person. Megan was super responsive to my inquiries, we loved working with her! Highly recommend, we can't wait to get back out to Colorado and stay here again.

Each side has an upstairs, main level, and lower level with guest rooms each having their own bathroom. Televisions in the main living areas and guest rooms. The kitchens were well appointed and everything worked. The units were clean and property management was very responsive to our questions.
We spent a day bicycling Vail Pass (just do this!!), exploring Breckenridge, and took the Georgetown Loop Railroad for a ride.
The property is gorgeous, well kept and secluded enough to be relaxing but a 10 minute drive to anything you might want to do or explore.
We will be back! Thank you for helping us to make some fantastic memories.

The property was very nice and we had a great gathering of long time friends! There were 5 couples that have been friends for 30+ years and don't get to spend much time together so it was a great space for "catching up". It was two separate properties that are identical, and we used both. It was nice to have two kitchens for meal prep, yet the dining area was big enough for all of us to eat together. Also, there were plenty of bedrooms to choose from. It is just above the highway so there is some traffic noise., and it is in a neighborhood a few miles outside of Breckenridge, but there is a lodge with a saloon that was close by and opens late afternoon.
