I won't come back

Good WiFi, good location, spacious

The property was dirty. I had to clean the table before using it as it was sticky and so was the floor. The main issue is that the door to the garden didn't work so it couldn't be opened. This meant there was no ventilation at all so the whole place smelt musty. I specifically booked this place so I could have the outside space and wasn't informed that it wasn't available.

Praktisch for our needs.

great location and nice garden terrace to sit in. very basic but ok for mid aged or younger people. we couldn't pay a lot, traveling for work. bathroom clean and modern.

the upper floor beds in the Gallery are open to the living space so if one person downstairs wakes up before the others, it wakes everyone up. would be helpful if the Appartement would advertised as a loft with an open sleeping gallery (not of standing hight) and a closed sleeping space on the ground floor (windowless). We needed 2 pairs of keys and they’ve recently lost one so we only had 1 and it was trouble. I would have appreciated at least to see some intention of sorting this out by for example offering some compensation from the side of the host that was in general very friendly.

good location and good communication from the owners, clean and tidy room with some home touches was perfect for what we needed.

the room has been converted to add a double room up some steep ladders, which made it fairly cramped as it’s only a small room.

The whole experience and how were were treated was terrible.

Shocking!! Host did not turn up!! Our flight arrived in Munich at 3.30pm, we caught a bus and a taxi to the apartment and had advised that our arrival time would be between 4-5pm . The check-in instructions were that someone will meet you on location with a Call Host option. We arrived at location, it was cold, dark and raining. No one showed up!! We called several times with no avail. After over 2 hours waiting we decided to book a hotel at great expense as it was last minute and during the Christmas Markets!! Finally at 7pm Tom, the host called to say he had been in a business meeting. We informed him that we had given up waiting and booked elsewhere and requested a refund. Tom turned very nasty on the phone, shouted that I would not get a refund (€448.89) and hung up on me! We are now waiting for Booking.com to help us get our money back.

Location.

Host changed the agreed time at the last minute due to a 'business meeting'. Still arrived late, wearing shorts. Dirty washing still in apartment from last occupant, which he failed to remove, so we were stuck with this for our stay. Apartment is a converted kitchen that previously had a high ceiling. A mezzanine level has installed, upon which you cannot fully stand upright. 2 beds on the mezzanine level and a sofa bed, acting as a double bed in the kitchen. This place is VERY small. The bathroom is about the only plus point as this is of good size. Ask yourself why there are not a lot of photos of the apartment on the listing.....

Superb

The apt is in a lovely area and is very central. The U-Bahn is very close by and you can be for example at the Main Trainstation within minutes. Would definitely stay there again.

Despite the upstairs bedroom, we had a good stay and the rest of the apartment was fine.

The headroom upstairs on the mezzanine and the beds were not what we expected. It was uncomfortable for tall adults

The place was spacious, clean and in a great location.

You were only given a key to your apt but not the building. So you always had to buzz reception to get into the building.

Very poor

Due to Covid19 situation I've booked apt instead of hotel, but this apt is really different from what shown or expected 1) Instead of 2 rooms, found small flat with 1 small room and semi duplex where can't even stand 2) There was so many bugs (Roaches, spiders and etc), my family were in panic 3) Bed are inclinated one side so after sleep you have back pain 4) There is no room air conditioning, only portable air conditioner which need to opend the windows to remove heat and very loud noise 5) As I paid like 5 star hotel fee per night (around €340/night), expected luxury apt. But this is really small flat with very uncomfortable facilities, which have to cost less than half of this amount requested So not suggest to others!
