Тихий отдых, кому достаточно минимальных условий для релакса

Первая линия, красиво оформлена территория, вкусные завтраки(за отдельную плату), холодная вода действительно не проблема. Очень минималистичный номер, кровать, стол, вентилятор и душ. Для тех кто проводит много времени в номере, скорее всего не подойдёт. Помогли с трансфером в Пуэрто принцессу. Отзывчивый персонал)

В один день приехало человек 15-20, поставили кучу палаток около забора, заняли все места отдыха, стоял топот, шум и ночь и днём... Хорошо, что только один день, такое соседство было неприятно. Номера немного освежить бы

Great stay right near Nacpan Beach

We read mixed reviews for this place, but we are not sure why. We had a great stay. Firstly, the host ,Sandra, is a lovely lady. She was on hand all the time for anything we needed. I ended up needing to see a doctor, as I was very poorly, and Sandra facilitated all this in less than an hour. An appt with the local doctor (10min drive away), motor bike to get there. I got all the medicines I needed , including an injection, and it didn't cost the earth like some places. Thank you, sandra, life saver. Sandra brought us coffee every morning at 7am and left this on the balcony for us to wake up to. Coffee was also free. Sandra was tidying and cleaning her garden & part of beach out the front every morning, she takes pride in her little piece of paradise. Accommodation is basic, but clean. I'm not sure what people expect for the price, it's a beach hut. If you want all mod cons, go stay at the pricey resorts on Nacpan beach. Great location if you want some peace & quiet, but a really close walk to Nacpan and the mad monkey, but without the noise. There are some lovely dogs at the property, very timid little things, some need food more than others. If you stay here bring some tinned sardines (or you can buy them at the local shop around the corner). Please feed them and give them some water.

Sandflies , and lots of them. Be sure to bring Repellent.

Authentic beachfront stay

Rustic little cottage right on the beach. The location honestly doesn’t get much better. The beach directly out front is lovely for swimming and you can catch beautiful sunsets. The cottage itself is very basic but comfortable enough for a couple of nights. There’s a nice place to eat just a couple of doors down and Nacpan Beach is only a short walk away.

The drainage in the bathroom was not good, there was always a huge puddle left after showering. Would be good to have water refill available on the premises.

Good accommodation

The host is a very nice lady indeed; she is a very responsible person and looks after her guests.

Very poor wifi; however, wifi in Nacpan is generally hard to find...

Außen schön innen ohje

Lage sehr schön. Die Besitzerin sehr nett.

Wir hatten schon relativ wenig Erwartungen an die Unterkunft, aber waren trotzdem enttäuscht. Bad hätte deutlich sauberer sein können. 1 kopfkissen war sehr komisch, hat sich angefühlt wie mit Stroh oder hartem Platik gefüllt. Hatten für 2 Personen 1 Handtuch und eine kleine Decke/Tuch. Im Bad ist das Wasser aufgrund der falschen Bauweise an die Tür geloffen, nach dem Duschen steht da mind. 5 cm wasser. Immer wenn man das Bad betrat musste man in der pfütze stehen. Keine seife.

Ihana majoitus rannalla!

Sijainti aivan Napcan rannan läheisyydessä oli aivan mahtava. Omaa rauhaa, mutta silti lähellä huvituksia jos niin halusi. Upeat maisemat! Niin kaunis paikka.

Kylpyhuoneen lattiakaivo ei vetänyt.. mutta ei se haitannut.

Perfect location at Nacpan

Perfect location to stay in Nacpan beach, very beautiful place:)

The toilet didn’t work during my stay so the smell was disguising and they did not fix it even after I left. There’s no way to contact the manager unless you go to their house behind the cottage

would 10000% recommend this place is brilliant

this place has the most incredible location. accommodation is simple with cold water and no Wifi but it’s so worth it for the best experience right next to Nacpan beach. The lady running the place also gave us hot water and coffee every morning. fantastic place much better than staying in a tent at Mad Monkey.

check in was absolutely fine for us but we did see issues for another couple as they may not have let staff know when they were arriving.

Beautiful and simple

Really nice place to stay, really close to everything on nacpan beach. Nice sunset bar next door. Rooms were simple but excellent for the price.

There facilities were very limited (e.g. no kettle) but the owner was very helpful and got us hot water when we needed it and helped book out bus tickets etc

Exceptional

Amazing place, directly at the beach, with a comfy little yard where you can sit and chill in the sand. Located at the local part of the beach, which I liked a lot, so it's quiet, but only a few steps to walk to the tourist beach. Very friendly staff, I really loved to stay there.

location is incredible, right on the beach with a perfect sunset view, and free coffee in the morning. very quiet and peaceful

Very good

Well priced and no frills room. Short walk over to mad monkey if you want some beers and to get in the ocean. Peaceful little spot in a sleepy part of the island.

It wasn't the most comfortable place but for the price it is for sure worth it.

Exceptional

I was there second time, perfect location, very basic but it is a budget place... cottage was clean and totally enough to get sleep (because all day you spend on the beach). Very close to Nacpan Beach, straight on the beach with the most beautiful sunset I ever seen.

Good

Great location. Basic but clean accommodation Quiet beach next door to the Nacpan shenanigans. Nice friendly local places to eat a long the beach. It's a fisherman's beach, so don't expect pristine white sands. The sunsets are amazing. 30 minutes away from but a million miles away from the El Nido mayhem. Only regret we didn't stay longer.

Very good

Lovely owner, great location on the beach, cheap and cheerful room but both room and bathroom clean and tidy.

Not about this property but be aware of the sandflies!

Very good

Basic but clean and comfortable. Great location, right on the beach. Bathroom was clean and spacious, fan and mosquito net in bedroom. Owner was lovely.

Not their fault just as advice, lots of sandflies on the beach so take repellant!

Exceptional

The location is awesome, directly on the beach. You can relax there as hell. I had no problem with check-in. There was a phone number on a fence, I had called it and the owner was there in 2 minutes.

You have to understand it's a simple bothy directly on a beach. So do not expect 5* hotel. There was not even warm water inside but who cares when the place and the yard are so cool.

quiet paradise

Quiet and beautiful. Nice beach. Like in the middle of the local village, somlots of smiling kids when u arrive. Sandra the owner is very caring and helps u with everything from islandhopping until where u can buy the sweetest mango.

close to the beach, felt like a private beach as it is a bit further away from the main area, awesome sunset view

the check-in was awful as we arrived at the property and there were no signs, no people to ask about where to find someone for the check-in, the signal was close to non-existent so messaging online bore no fruit. Probably took around 2 hours to check-in
